My wife signed one week stroke of the day clinic to improve her skills but found that the same boring class was given each day by Hank and she was ready to quit but on third day another coach appeared and much better experience. This was reported to office but the last two days the same boring class by Hank... More

After s disappointing tennis clinic with a drill sergeant type tennis instructor, the next clinic we signed up for was like a breath of fresh air. He made it fun, educational and pleasant. The facilities are great. Also we enjoyed clinics with John and Tapi.

Great area, flexible times for open courts and classes. On Monday they have an hour that you can go and watch the pros play a set with free beer, wine or lemonade. My sis took a class with John and she enjoyed it a lot.

I just spent the week at Palmetto Dunes and had the pleasure of working with Glenn Sheaffer several times. Glenn really knows the game of tennis and was able to help several aspects of my game. I watched him help players from 3.5 up to 5.5 D1 college player as well. Glenn helped me with strokes as well as strategy... More

Enjoyed the tennis. The staff inside was always friendly and helpful. The pros all had such different personalities from each other that I got good tips from all of them. Some were hard core, some laid back, some all friendly, some all business. All helpful in his own way. There was always a court available as well for play and... More

I came to work on improving my doubles game. Went to the Competitive Doubles class taught by Keith and Glenn. They did a nice job working on mindset and techniques, and we were moving almost the whole time. They learned our names and were encouraging. It was fun, and I will take home a few things to use.

I wanted to drop a note here to highlight the experience my children (5 & 3) had with Rusty during their three Short Shots lessons as part of our recent stay on Hilton Head. Being novices to the game, Coach Rusty had a great demeanor and not only helped teach the little ones some of the basic skills in tennis,... More

This is the second year we visited Palmetto Dunes to have a week of tennis. We played with Tapi both years. He is a great teacher. The kids had fun and learned a lot. Tapi teaches the modern game of tennis. On our first trip he had both of my kids (boy aged 5 and girl aged 7) wanting to... More

We were staying in Palmetto Dunes at the Marriott. The weather wasn't great and we weren't able to spend any time on the beach. We stopped in at the Tennis Center and asked if we could get a last minute lesson for our 9-year old. They were very accommodating and my son had a good lesson.
