Bi-Low Center (now called Bon Secour Arena) is in the middle of Greenville, SC. Have been there for several shows and concerts. More comfortable than Phillips Arena in Atlanta and much smaller. I have never had a bad seat. Parking can be dicey and food can be expensive...but who goes there to eat?

I recently attended a WWE show at the Bon Secours Arena and had a wonderful time. The staff was excellent, except for one staff member (Helen) who was so rude that I had to have her call her manager up to speak with me regarding her behavior. Despite her attitude, I can't say enough about the overall quality of the... More

I liked the seating here for the amount of seats but most chairs were not comfortable. At the end we were able to sit in the padded seats behind the camera and still had full view which was nice. Food is extremely expensive which is normal for a concert but this was a two day seminar. 2oz chicken quesadilla from... More

Good location for gathering to hear Rev. David Jeremiah, and enjoy the musical talent he brought along. Place was packed, we were running a bit late, but still found good seats. Nothing to impede sight lines. Food/beverages available for purchase. Probably the toughest part of attending any event at St. Frances Bon Secours Wellness Arena (formerly Bi-Lo Center) is parking.... More

This is a typical arena with concrete walls, so acoustics are not very good. Most technicians try to solve the reverberation problems with excessive volume. This took away from the concert experience when we saw Lady Antebellum in concert there.

I went yesterday to pick up tickets for wwe raw in may. They people are so friendly they helped me get the best sits for the price I was wanting. They told me the times and where to park. Get friendly people.

We attend the Bilo Center for many many events. It is conveniently located near downtown and in walking distance to lots of good restaurants. Now that we have been so many times it is easy to get around and find the interstate. We normally do not experience any problems when we attend events there!

Saw Trans Siberian Orchestra at the BI-LO Center (now called Bon Secours Wellness Arena) and it is a great venue for concerts. Sound quality was great. Roads around the arena were a little cramped but we were able to arrive and depart from the arena at a fairly quick pace.

have never liked this venue. It's a minor league hockey rink and problems abound. poor acoustics for concert, poor climate control when hockey is in season, poor visibility for certain events, etc. My understanding is since the change in venue sponsorship there have been upgrades to the scoreboards and the restrooms. Big deal. Okay venue for the hockey, inadequate for... More
