This part of town is great for walking and visiting shops. Many great places to eat as well. The minor league baseball park is here also. Perfect place to spend an afternoon dining al fresco, enjoying the variety of shops and the adjacent Reedy River park with its beautiful waterfalls. Heavenly.

Walked around for a while, stopping in interesting shops and passing intriguing restaurants. Neighborhood had a small-town feel with unique shops instead of expected standbys. It felt safe, people in shops were friendly. We did have to pay to park-$5.00- I guess par for the course in any downtown area these days. I would love to go back!

I was very excited about the variety of special shops and unique restaurants. I got a great deal on a 14" wok and several Christmas gifts for my grands. Not as crowded as Main St.

Quite a few art galleries and stores located within a few blocks. Best to drive since it is a long walking distance from downtown. Most galleries have very limited hours of business so it's best to plan your visit to this area accordingly. Unfortunately we didn't and everything was closed.

We love the quirky independent shops and all the restaurants in the West End. It's not very big but it's perfect for a fun afternoon of exploring the area, enjoying shopping, and finding great food. Very walk-able and the area is lovely!
