Quaint downtown area growing with a new ball field and nice shops and restaurants. More

Museum has limited hours but does consider private tours. Museum volunteers were very friendly and informative. While the museum is small (since it is in the home that Shoeless Joe owned for the last ten years of his life), the quality of the displays and information makes it well worth your time for a visit. More

A must see --a beautiful park on the reedy river,baseball park(BOSTON single A), many restuarants and bars, many nice hotels,carriage rides on weekend, peace center for performing arts, I could go on and on---great place to visit and even a better place to live. More
