Trail that is run though city and county of Greenville, SC. Goes though city of Travelers Rest. Part of trail that runs though City of Greenvile has rubber jogging lane. Plenty of eating and places to see along the trail. Was the old Swamp Rabbit railroad (Greenville Northern railroad ) which went bankrupt in the late 1980's. Goes though Furman... More

I biked the Swamp Rabbit Trail for the second time today. I had a friend in town visiting and I thought it would be a good way for her to see Greenville. We started off at the Swamp Rabbit Cafe because there was construction going on downtown that impacted the trail (will be over on July 3rd). We parked the... More

The Trail allows you to do as much or little as you wish at your pace. You have a variety of sceeneries covering an area from north of Travelers Rest through Greenville. We like to bike on the Trail, but it also great for walking or jogging. There is the constant addition of new businesses, restaurants and refreshment centers, popping... More

We moved from one side of town to another so that we could experience the Swamp Rabbit Trail and all its beauty. We are so happy we did that; this is a fantastic trail that takes you into Greenville downtown or in other directions such as the up-and-coming Traveler's Rest. There are a lot of locations from which to access... More

Very scenic bike ride along the Reedy River. Numerous places to stop for cold drinks and lunch. Very flat. Beats working out in the hotel gym

If you're a walker, runner, or biker, this trail is great for all. You go along river, creek and through some other wonderful nature spots and you won't be disappointed when you take your first adventure on the trail.

We a frequent users of the trail - walking with friends and strollers, riding bikes, walking/running with family. It runs partially along a stream as well. It's very serene and peaceful.

The Swamp Rabbit Trail was a fun experience. We biked it early in the morning, which made for a comfortable ride before the heat of midday. The trail was well marked and easy to follow. The terrain was flat and enjoyable, without having to overly exert yourself. We pulled off at picturesque Furman University (I highly recommend you see this... More

My husband and I had a wonderful day riding on the Swamp Rabbit Trail. It was very relaxing and cool in some spots, and more challenging in others, but we enjoyed spending the day together riding bikes. It was a great "healthy" date for us. We rode all the way to Furman University and back to Greenville. We stopped along... More

We rode on most of the main trail and had a great time. The trail is in good condition and the scenery was beautiful. Will definitely visit again!
