This completely paved trail runs for many miles. Lots of fun stops along way. Great way to exercise And see Greenville at the same time.

Took a bike ride, not all the way the entire length with my Granddaughters and for the most part, the trail is easily doable…even if you have not been on a bike in years!…you can get off and on very easy, pull over and rest if one would need to…great for biking and walking.

I've only been on this trail from Furman University up to Travelers Rest; and it is beautiful! Much of it is shaded, well paved, and there are many places in TR to stop and get drinks, food, use the bathroom, etc. I love to do the trail when we go up there.

We really enjoy riding our bikes on the trail. There is not much to not like about the experience. It is getting more and more popular. So if there is anything not to like is that it can be crowded somewhat. Look forward to further expansion.

Great for all levels of cyclists from beginner to enthusiast. Beautiful countryside for the majority of the trail. Great dining and restroom stops convenient to the trail. Goes through downtown Greenville with many parking areas. We have been biking the trail since it was first built and it is becoming seriously crowded, particularly on weekends. Unfortunately more people who do... More

We enjoy going to the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Great for during the daylight hours but I wouldn't feel hesitant after dark. There is a place you can rent bikes if you'd like. Little restaurant/store along the trail. Makes for a nice break location.

You will enjoy every step of the way on this lovely trail. Stop at the restaurants, cafes, shops - depending on where you are on the trail. This is one of the most popular trails in the upstate. Plan on going here on your next trip to Greenville, South Carolina.

The ride from downtown Greenville to Traveler's rest and back is about 18 mi round trip. It's all paved and not a lot of change in elevation--so it would be pretty tame to a die-hard mountain biker. But to an urban biker looking to get some exercise on a Saturday it's great. There are a few busy streets to cross,... More

Very nice way to spend a lengthy afternoon. Probably not too good for young kids, but older kids should handle it ok. Make sure and stop for a bite at a downtown restaurant.
