Jan was our tour guide on the Swampfox Trolley Tour and she was excellent. Very knowledgeable, professional, entertaining and you can see the love she has for this small town just by the exuberance in her smile as she talks and shares information. She was so friendly and gave us a great history lesson of Georgetown that I will forever remember... More

This was a great way to see Georgetown. Our guide was very knowledgeable and showed us the more interesting parts of the city. He took his time and even stopped along the way to offer more detailed information. The tour is well worth the cost.

Jan was our tour guide and she was super sweet, informative and upbeat! That really made the tour worth while. The history of the town and the house was interesting. The tour was very reasonably priced, I definitely felt like I got my money's worth. If you are in Georgetown I would definitely recommend taking the tour!!

Took this tour on April 22nd. Very informative on the history of the town and history of many of the homes and their famous visitors. Enjoyed the stop at the church and learning how it has grown and survived when others have failed. Would recommend this if visiting in the area.

Who knew there was this historic, picturesque town somewhere between Charleston and Myrtle Beach, SC? We sure didn't but we do now and we would recommend a stop there and take an hour or so on the Swamp Fox Tour to get some local history and an appreciation for the town. Jan was our tour guide and it was hard... More

I've been coming to myrtle beach since a child, after two weeks in myrtle the family had done everything and were bored. We decided to venture out and explore Georgetown. I'll be honest, I wasn't excited because I didn't believe it was going to be a fun location. Boy was I wrong - I really enjoyed our visit. We started... More

Historical and fun--We even became part of the Homecoming Parade--Jann our Tour Guide--encouraged us to wave as we passed any spectators-- I am sure I saw the oldest live oak tree in the Carolinas-- That Old Swamp Fox really was cunning! We had lots of fun and afterward we dined alfresco on the Main St-- Couldn"t ask for anything more!... More

On my first visit to Georgetown last fall, this tour was recommended by multiple shop owners in this friendly, easily walkable, quaint historic district. My friend and I enjoyed it, and I had to bring my husband on the tour this time, even though I had already gone on it before. He is a history buff, and I knew he... More

We stopped at Georgetown which is half way between Charleston airport and Myrtle Beach. We were a multi - generational party of 9 ranging from 2-76 years. We had lunch at Reflections Grill ( great) and then walked next door to buy tix to this historical Georgetown tour. We all walked to the corner and boarded an open trolley car...... More
