The pier is awesome in the evening after the bar closes. We spent hours there two evenings during our vacation. Very quiet and relaxing for the adults who are fishing. Way too many people to fish early when the bar is open. The kids/teens were bored so they went back to our beach house.

The fireworks from the pier on Garden City were great. They would set off a few and then a bunch and repeated that cycle several times. It went on for a really long time and we were thrilled because we arrived too late to make it to the fireworks display at Broadway at the Beach. It was nice to hang... More

Parking is free, pier walk is free, live entertainment (free), arcade and ice cream shop inside. Visited several on different trips and we keep going back to this one - it's the best.

So much fun. Great service at the bar at the end of the pier. A live band. And everyone was so friendly. Also get to see lots of people fishing.

We enjoy walking out onto this pier. Our last visit included a sighting of a 4-5 foot shark! Most people here are friendly.

My 22 yr old son had a great time fishing at the pier. We haven't been to Garden City in 5 years. We have missed the area and even though the kids are older and starting families of there own, we will continue to visit as often as possible. It's great to see the new homes and new restaurants but... More

we had a great time on the pier & arcade with the kiddos. Several things could use updating & restrooms could use extra attention for sure. Staff were very friendly.
