With family and friends aboard his boat, Captain Anton Dumars took us down the Folly River toward the Lighthouse inlet where we scattered my husband's ashes. It was a solemn but soulful occasion and Capt Dumars handled the boat and the whole situation expertly. He even managed to locate a school of dolphin who escorted us for several minutes. Everyone... Captain Anton took a group of our friends that were visiting Charleston on business on a tour of the Folly River to Morris Island. It was a fantastic experience for our out of town guests to experience dolphins, egrets, and the unique Morris Island Lighthouse. There was wonderful history and environmental conversations and information from Captain Anton. It was a... More

This fun tour takes you back behind Folly Beach, South Carolina, to those strange marshes that you see from the island but can't get there... unless you go with Captain Anton and his excellent First Mate, Maya. You will wind up at the inner beach right by Morris Lighthouse. Walk the clean-sand beach, collect shells and see porpoises just a... More

Captain Phil was the greatest! We had a wonderful, educational trip up the Folly River to Morris Island light house. Missed seeing the moonrise due to cloud cover but saw lots of dolphins, birds and the sunset. A great trip!

We were treated to a wonderful experience on the water while we waited for the "Blood Moon". The weather did not cooperate but this did not detour from the tour. Captain Phil provided entertainment with his historical information, sense of humor and expertise operating the boat. It was the most relaxing time that I have had on the water in... More

There is no better way to experience the Lowcountry than the Salt Marsh Tour. Our friends enjoyed the relaxing scenic views of the lowcountry and were thrilled to see dolphins and coastal birds. Capt Phil was our guide this time out and he did a fantastic job with story telling, historical information, and even detailed land geography and creature biology.... More

Captain Phil took us on the 2 hour tour. Captain Phil gave us a great tour, with great historical information and tales. We had a picture perfect morning and had the opportunity to meet a great person, with experiences that made him knowledgeable, beyond our expectations. We highly recommend this tour, and if possible riding along with Captain Phil. We... More

What a great treat that we got to tour the untouched part of SC that we love so much. We saw a huge group of dolphins, and even some baby/younger ones. We were able to hear them through the microphone and they were squealing and clicking away as they circled the boat. It was great fun. We will definitely do... More

After living on Folly for two years without taking a guided tour of the salt marsh, I decided to book a 3-hour charter with Tideline Tours for my birthday today. Captain Phil's knowledge of the area's wildlife and history is extensive; our evening on the water was as informative as it was entertaining. We had a great time!
