We just returned from edisto Island state park. This was our second time staying here. The place is so nice. The beach was uncrowded and campground itself is perfect. My family travels down to Edisto Island State Park a few times a year (for day trips), and usually spend a week there every other year. We loved it so much that we had to buy a house there and become an edistonian. The town is small and everyone knows each other. there are great historic tours and lots to do here.
