From Patrick the GM and resident Guru, my wife and I found our experience yesterday at Bloody Point to be first class in every way. The personal approach was fabulous and everyone was extraordinarily nice. In one year when the greens are completely grown in this place will be THE golf destination. We highly recommend and will go back for... More

My wife and I spent our 2-year anniversary at the Bloody Point Resort over the Memorial Day weekend. We boated down from Charleston, South Carolina and though we've explored this little slice of heaven called Daufuskie before this was our first overnight stay. The staff are the heart and soul of this resort. Everyone from the owner down to the... More

My husband and I decided to take a day trip not too far away that would offer romance, adventure, and relaxation. We chose Bloody Point Resort on Daufuskie Island. We were cheerfully greeted by Kevin who was docked at the Westin Resort and we took the ferry over to Daufuskie in less than 30 minutes on their swift power boat.... More

My family and I recently returned from a four-night golf/cottage stay. While we had MAJOR rain for half of our stay but still managed to golf regardless. The rooms are bright, very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. The food/staff at the restaurant... very good as per the reviews. Our entire experience from being greeted at the docks in Savannah through... More

Just a short boat ride down the river from Savannah, Georgia is Daufuskie Island, SC. It is such a delight to visit and explore. Most of the island is untouched. It's natural with miles of clean, white empty beaches. Recently my wife and I had the pleasure to visit The Bloody Point Resort. It is a real gem and so... More

We had a great time at the Bloody Pointe Golf course. It started and ended with a fun scenic boat ride over to Dafuskie Island. It was our second time there. It's a beautiful little island that's like going back in time 100 years. The course was in very good shape and not crowded at all. We really felt like... More

What a fabulous place! We took a day trip over to this Resort from the Westin in Savannah. From the moment we were picked up by boat, until we returned, we were treated like VIP's. The staff, especially Patrick, was so friendly and helpful. As we were chauffeured less than a mile from the boat dock to the resort, the... More

From the moment you step off the boat onto the resort property you are treated as a VIP. The resort Owner Kevin McCarthy personally greeted my wife and me to the resort. First class and unexpected. The resort is completely renovated and exceeds all of my expectations. They even took time to personally alert me that sea turtles were hatching... More
