My wife, I and 4 kids(14,16,18 and 20) spent 2 nights on Daufuski with Bloody Point Golf Club. They arranged our lodging at a local condo and our water taxi from Savannah. Since all transportation on the island is via golf carts, I rented 2 golf carts, so that we could split up and explore the island. That was very... More

I really don't know where to begin, but maybe the beginning is the best place to start. We came over for a weekend trip from Savannah and we started our venture with a ferry ride the left from the Westin Savannah. We had prearranged our Ferry time and someone from the resort met us at the Westin and helped us... More

I was most impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable staff. The staff was so eager to please and accommodate our request. Everyone was attentive to your needs and time constraints. This quaint historic island was a lot of fun to explore by golf cart. It was nice getting lost and discovering the beauty of its developed and undeveloped tract of... More

Great place to enjoy golfing. Like in other courses on the area, you may see an alligator near your ball. The Club House has a special southern taste.

While touring the island, we were looking for a place to grab a bite to eat. We ventured onto the golf course road and weren't disappointed with how stunning the property is. We went inside the main building where the restaurant was and again, stunning. We sat on the back patio to enjoy lunch and the grounds behind that were... More

Last week 4 of us were taken to Daufuskie Island to play a round of golf. I cannot say enough about the staff. Everyone tried to make this the best experience for us. I understand the course is coming back, but it was in great shape. It was a little unusual not to have cart paths, but it did not... More

An unbelievable day of golf at Bloody Point. Coming from Hilton head our foursome boarded at Harbour Town through H20 Sports for the 20 minute ride to Daufuskie. Bloody Point van picked us up at the dock for a quick ride to the club. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. After hitting a few range balls we had the... More

Definitely one of the best clubs in the area. The location, course design, and amenities are very good for the money. The staff was excellent. They provided outstanding support to our group. Definitely recommend to individuals looking for a quick 9, large groups, and/or sponsored events.

We made a day trip from Savannah to Daufuskie Island to play Bloody Point Golf Course on May 14/15. From the moment we got on the water taxi it was a positive experience. We were lucky enough to have Kevin McCarthy on the boat with us. He gave us a running commentary on the history and geography. Kevin and everyone... More

Visiting Savannah, we opted for a day trip over to Daufuskie Island and Bloody Point. Not really knowing what to expect, we were pleasantly surprised at the calm, serene, comfortable day. A golf cart is a must to explore the island. Had I known what was in store, we would have planned a weekend here vs. just a day. Kevin... More
