I loved BOO at the Zoo, but this year it was a little more than crowded! The zoo is expanding outdoor habitats which is a GREAT thing! I would rate this as a 5 star / construction keeps it at 4 stars. This is a fabulous zoo that has beautiful shaded walkways, short enough paths that don't wear the kids... More

Brought the grandchildren to the zoo and then a too quick trip around the gardens to look at some plantings. The park is very user friendly and offers a number of activities for any age. We always enjoy letting the kids explore on their own in a safe environment.

Although I haven't been here in awhile, I can always find a reason to go. Love the different exhibits, lights at Christmas, all the animals.... Great place for family fun

We were staying in the area and decided to check out the zoo. It was very quiet there probably because of the time of year but it seemed like we had the place to ourselves. Lots of species to look at. One thing I did notice is that a lot of the indoor exhibits did not have signs posted out... More

The zoo is in the middle of a remodel. So there are some animals that are not in their areas. But the big animals (elephants, monkeys, zebras) are there. Even with all the construction it's still a good zoo and once it's all done it will be better. Of course the animals are there, but they have a area with... More

We have been there once and definitely will return in the spring. Our grandkids love it and so do we!

Looks like a little fantasy land. All the tress were adorned with lights, and there were also lights in the shapes of animals. There was a petting zoo, a train ride, and a merry-go-round, and typical fair food. We had a great time. Bring a stroller for the kids. There's lots of walking.

This is a relatively small zoo as compared to big-city zoos, and while we were there it was also remodeling some of the exhibits. Nonetheless, it was enjoyable for an adult couple. We had a favorable fall day weather-wise. I'm sure it's nice and toasty during the summer. We also walked up to the gardens which were very pretty. Take... More
