Very modern bridge

We only drove across this and saw tons of people walking and biking this. Just driving across this during sunset gave us some incredible views of Charleston and the waterfront.

This modern bridge links historic charleston with the new suburb of mt. pleasant. The real gem is the wide, well protected 2.5 mile (3km) long pedestrian and bicyclists' lanes.

The Ravenel Bridge is an architectural wonder and more than worth a trip to see and cross it. Simple one of the most beautiful bridges I have ever seen.

Decent-looking bridge that really does what it was designed to do, which I guess is get you across the Cooper River. If your route takes you across this bridge, by all means, go. It's very sturdy, and can hold lots of cars and trucks all at once. Better than swimming across. OK, really, I think the bridge would be worth... More

Great from afar while viewing on land or from sea or in crossing. I'm not brave enough to walk it or ride it during traffic, but did see many that were. It's a fun bridge to try.

Beautiful view of Fort Sumter, Patriots' Point and Mount Pleasant. Pay attention because the highway splits at the Mt Pleasant end of the bridge

This bridge is great. You cross from Charleston to the other side. Not a lot to see, but it is still an awesome bridge.
