We were in Georgia about two months ago and saw very similar bridges at Brunswick and Savannah, but I think this one is bigger. It's looks good from shore or driving over it. I liked how the towers lined up one under the other as you drove over. I noticed that this particular bridge also has a 2-lane walking path... More

The drive over the bridge was breathtaking. We saw it when we arrived in Charleston and found our way to it to drive over twice. It is something you must experience if you're in the area. You won't regret.

You have to see the sun rise or sun set of Charleston from the top the Ravennel bridge. I run the bridge once a week (5.75mi) and enjoy the view of the harbor and watching the sun rises in the morning. The bridge offers a 8' runners lane and bikers path.

In the end this is just a bridge, if you are just driving over it. A lot to see and great scenic views, but get out and walk to long long bridge and it is much more enjoyable. The bridge is long, very high and allows many views to be had throughout the different areas of Charleston. I drive this... More

Take a water tour and see the bridge from the water at sunset/dusk. It is absolutely gorgeous! I got some great pics and it's definitely on the romantic side!

We took a Harbor tour while in Charleston, SC., the distant view of the bridge is beautiful; the cables can each hold 1 million pounds,( per tour guide).

You can see it from various locations. It was cloudy the day we were there so the bridge didn't really glow like I've seen it do in some pictures.
