We went to a show but we parked a ways away and meandered through the city. After sitting in the Sottile Theater for several hours, my shoes and feet were not getting along. We saw several rickshaws at the curb so we struck up a deal to catch a ride closer to the Market area. It was fun. The guy... More

I went to Charleston in Sept. with my sister and Charleston Rickshaw took us from our hotel to restaurant. Wonderful experience. Our "driver" was Faith and we called back and requested her again.......Nice, great personality........very knowledgeable about Charleston. Took us off the beaten path a bit (at our request) . Now I am taking my teenage daughter and just called... More

On our first day in Charleston we started our day with a rickshaw ride around town. Bud was our driver. He was super friendly! We enjoyed the opportunity to get a lay of the land and plan out our trip. My husband and I both agreed this was one of the highlights of our trip. We would both highly recommend... More

Local recommendations. As well as it being a neat way to travel through town. Mostly college kids and they are reasonable with prices

What a great way to get around this beautiful city. Took the rickshaw to dinner on a Saturday night, got to see neighborhoods we wouldn't otherwise and have a delightful conversation with our "driver." If you are at all inclined to do this, do not hesitate: We would do it again in a heartbeat and absolutely beats taking a cab... More

Very glad we chose this bike taxi company. Our driver, Andy, was wonderful. Great conversation and a fun quick ride to our destination. Loved getting to see the beautiful homes off the beaten track from busy touristy roads. Will definitely be calling for a lift again on our next charleston trip.

We were in a hurry to meet a walking tour group and public transportation was behind schedule. (Imagine that). He safely but quickly got us to our destination and even tracked our tour group down so we didn't miss a minute more. This is a great way to get around Charleston at a very reasonable price

My husband and I hopped on one of the 2 seater tricycles in town and our "driver" peddled us around town. The cabs are covered to shelter you from the sun and (shudder) possible rain. I was amazed at how easily the young girls were able to go up some of the hills. It was a lot of fun.

If by the end of the day you're too tired to walk to your favorite restaurant in Charleston hire a rickshaw. These young kids can get you all about Charleston in a matter of minutes. I prefer using this company rather than a taxi company when I am not walking about the city. The rates are extremely reasonable!
