Easy to book, great friendly staff, nice equipment. We did a friends and family kayak 2-hour trip through the estuary. The guide was knowledgable of the ecosystems and wildlife. We highly recommend this company. Next time we would like to go back and do the paddle boarding. Also, would probably go earlier in the morning or the evening as the... More

Our family enjoyed a morning 1.5 hour Dolphin Encounter with Captain Tripp. The tour was very informative about the local estuaries and the ecosystem surrounding Folly Beach. Of course the best part was seeing all of the dolphins near Morris Lighthouse. I would recommend COA to anyone visiting the area.

The 2.5 hour Morris Island Lighthouse tour was the perfect boat tour. Our captain, Derek, was extremely knowledgeable about the rivers, the eco-system, and the lighthouse itself. We saw several dolphins on the way out and back and even watched them feeding. I found two intact Welk shells and sand dollars on the island. There were even starfish nestled in... More

Two couples joined Cap'n Tripp for a wonderful visit up the backwaters of the saltwater estuaries of Folly Beach. Tripp is extremely knowledgeable about the eco system of the area and is very personable. We were fortunate to see several small sharks, beautiful birds and quite a few dolphins. Would definitely recommend this tour and we will come back.

The tour was awesome. The COA staff were awesome. We were a little surprised at the size of the boat, but all 6 of us fit comfortably. Captain Trip was knowledgable and an ace at spotting the dolphins for us. But, word of advice, go to the bathroom before you arrive at their office... Their office doesn't actually have a... More

We had such a fantastic experience. Tripp was our tour guide and he was extremely knowledgeable about the entire environment, including both the biology and the ecology. We were fortunate enough to be able to see all kinds of animals, between birds, dolphins, and SHARKS!! It was truely an incredible experience. I will definitely return to Charleston in the future,... My family and I took the sunset dolphin tour and we enjoyed it very much! We had an amazing guide, Captin Joe, he taught us things we didnt know, gave us a history lesson and found the sweet stop to stop and watch the gorgeous dolphins, we probably saw over 10 dolpins! Would definately go again!

Trip, our Captain, was a wealth of knowledge and answering all of our questions. We saw many dolphins, birds, and other wildlife. The whole experience was more than we could of asked for. We can't...
