Last week we took family from out of town on the afternoon dolphin tour with COA. What a wonderful experience! Captain Tripp was extremely knowledgable and provided amazing information about the estuary, marine life, birds, and eco-system. We saw LOTS of dolphins and had a great time. You definitely get your money's worth on this tour. We highly recommend Charleston... More

We had a great time on our 2:00pm Morris Island Lighthouse Eco-tour today! Joe was extremely knowledgable and enthusiastic throughout the entire experience. He talked about the different wildlife, the tides, history of the area, and a lot more. We got to see several groups of dolphins interacting with each other and strand feeding which was very exciting. The other... More

Had an amazing time on the Morris island tour. Captain Joe made our trip interesting by sharing his knowledge of the area and by explaining the eco system. We saw around 20 dolphins and he took the time to let us observe them. He was super patient with my 2 year old which I appreciated greatly. It was a trip... More

I seldom take the time to write reviews. Feel compelled to write about our enjoyable experience we had today on our 3 hour kayak tour with Anna. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the personal nature of the trip, learning about the estuary and many birds native to this area. Anna and the staff were very knowledgeable about region and... More

Some friends and I came down from WI over Labor Day week. We rented a house and a few of us wanted to kayak. Firstly, they did not cancel or make us feel bad when we only had 2 people on the kayak tour. Other places around the area made us feel guilty if we wanted to come when no... More

Enjoyable and informative experience. Our Captain Joe was engaging, knowledgeable and passionate regarding the history, wildlife and culture of the Low Country estuary and region. Multiple dolphin and bird sightings. Very good. One of the high points of our visit to Charleston and region.

We missed our tour start time but rented kayaks ourselves. We were on the water for about an hour before we were following dolphins. Got close enough to toutch mom and baby. The got away when my husband fell out of his canoe. Luckily the tour we missed was passing by so the guide could do a water rescue. Thanks... More
