Gosh, I wish I was college age again! This would have been just the type of school I would have enjoyed! The campus is historic and beautifully preserved and everyone is very friendly. Even if you are no longer school age, I recommend walking around the campus on your way to King Street!

Very nice tour of campus with 10,000 undergraduates. Very close to King Street shopping. Very urban, in that streets cut right through campus. But several lovely interior quads.

You can walk around here and see many antebellum houses, some are even restored inside to their original grandeur. Beautiful gardens, marvelous young energy on a historic campus.

We stayed at a B&B close to the college and so spent some time wandering through the area. Wonderful old buildings and beautiful grounds. Lucky students who get to learn in such a rich environment.

As an alumni, I am biased, but this campus is a beautiful and pleasant place in the middle of town to relax. It has been part of at least one movie, when filming took place at Randolph Hall for The Patriot.

Visited the campus as a prospective college for my sister. Walking through was so beautiful. We didn't do a formal tour but a current student showed us around. The campus blends into this charming southern city and is lovely to walk through.

The campus greets you with a warm southern smile and the tree lined walked ways hold your hands as you stroll through campus. After all this is the South, we stroll suga! What an amazing place filled with the energy of the students on evening bike rides and gathering at the many hangouts..It is a great time to come of... More

Visit the main square of the College of Charleston. Truly lovely old 1880's homes, cobblestone streets and no cars. Very quiet and peaceful. The campus expands to several blocks of the city, but definitely stop by Green Way and College Way intersection.

My daughter and I walked through the grounds. The building were beautiful and historic. The trees were just coming into bloom, it was shady and cool. We especially liked all the bicycles parked in all the bike racks! So happy to see young people using peddle-power!
