I came to CofC to visit some friends and they gave me the insider's tour of the campus and surrounding areas. If I had the opportunity, I would certainly consider going to college here simply for the beautiful campus and old history available in Charleston. I am a sucker for old buildings and museums, and CofC didn't disappoint!

A short walk from the historic district, but well worth it. University staff stopped us and engaged in conversation, told us about the College, and acted a bit as a guide. Southern charm was felt all around. It's a beautiful campus.

Just take the tour and you will rethink where you went to school. I attended a young university out west and there is no comparison to the grounds, history, charm, etc.

Beautiful campus! Moss hanging from trees, beautiful buildings. Right in the middle of town. heard it was a little expensive for housing though.

Visited the college campus. Smack in the middle of downtown & historic district. No need for a car,. Chatted with a few students, they seemed happy with the college.

I am very impressed with the education my daughter received at this institution. The city of Charleston is just beautiful and reminds us of New Orleans where we are from.

Walk around and see all the older buildings and beautiful spaces. So pleasant just to sit and see the students walk to and from classes or just take in the local feel.

My husband and I visited the school since we have a child who is about to apply to college. It's a beautiful campus, so beautiful that we bought coffee twice and just want and sat on the benches in the middle of the campus walk (we were staying nearby). There weren't many students around, so it might not be as... More
