Can't say what the curriculum is like at the College but it's a wonderful place to walk through and photograph any time of day. Saw it in sun and rain, terrific example of Charleston's architectural ethic. We spent a couple of hours here walking, sitting, talking with the friendly people of Charleston. A great place to refresh the spirit on... More

Took the tour with our entering HS senior. May not be for her, but I cannot think of a prettier college or a better college town. The school is a block away from King Street, one of the best long rows of great restaurants I've ever been to.

Great place, nice people, very good library. Take a tour and talk to pelo you see - students, professors, staff - they are all around places and are very warm and welcome you.

Although CofC is right smack in the middle of downtown Charleston, you could never tell by walking around their campus. It's so scenic and pretty with all the hanging Spanish moss. It does get crowded during class change though so beware if you are driving downtown during those times!

If you're downtown or staying on King Street definitely walk over to see the campus. I wish I had known about this school when I was looking at colleges. The buildings are historic and beautiful!
