My wife and I were visiting Charleston for her birthday. While there we took a tour of the harbor and found it to be very enjoyable. Definitely worth doing if it's your first time in Charleston. The only downside is if you sit below deck it can get pretty warm. Overall, though, great tour.

We bought the Charleston Harbour Tour and the Boone Hall Plantation Tour. The harbour tour was great! There was a lot of great history! There were dolphins right at the bow of the boat! They were awesome! It was was very hot, so dress accordingly. They offer a picture that they sell for $20. It was cute, so we bought... More

Our captain on the harbor tour gave us lots of interesting facts about the islands, forts, and pirates as we plied the waters of the harbor. He took us under the cable bridge and blew the horn so we could hear the resonant echo. Along our cruise we saw a couple of sting rays jump out of the water, then... More

We went on the 6pm tour. A rain storm blew through so we were delayed leaving but it made the experience more exciting. The tour was enjoyable but it keeps its distance so it is hard to actually see Battery Park/Rainbow Row very well. The tour dialogue is interesting with a good mix of Revolutionary and Civil War stories. Pro:... More

Thank you very much for taking our combination Carriage & Harbor Tour. We appreciate your business and your feedback. I would just like to respond to a few of your comments. The combination of the two tours is about 3 hours. The harbor tour is NOT advertised as 2-3 hours. The harbor tour is 90 minutes as is stated in... More

The staff really are good on this tour from the captain to the friendly staff behind the little bar. Collin was our guide and very knowledgeable about the history of Charleston and everything we passed along the way. Thanks for a great little cruise around the harbor!

Nice tour with informative commentary. We went at 1:30 on an extremely hot day. Had a breeze on the way out and not on the way back. We were miserable due to the heat. They did have a small cash bar with pop, water, beer, and wine. It is a must-see...go at a cooler time.

Although it was a nice evening to motor around the shoreline of Charleston, the murder mystery was pretty lame, no make that really lame. The actors tried very hard but it was pretty bad. Not sure it was worth $30.

My wife and I took the harbor tour and enjo0yed it very much. Although we got a thunderstorm while at sea, it did not dampen our good time. The staff was courteous and professional and the Captain was gracious and gave a great narration. There were refreshments and drinks available for purchase. There was open seating on the top deck... This was an add-on tour of our Palmetto Carriage tour that brought us out on the Anson and Cooper River to see all the sights including Fort Sumter. With the heat of July, it was nice to sit in an air conditioned ferry-type boat and listen to the captain as he gave us a very detailed tour of the harbor... More
