This was a beautiful trip around the water area in MT. Pleasant and Charleston, SC. The guide Bob, who was well read, born in the area so was very knowledgeable. This is something I would strongly suggest for anyone. At 34.00 is was well worth the cost.

The harbor tour was a bit long for us and very slow. The chairs were not that comfortable but at least we got to sit in where there was air condition. I probably wouldn't do it again but it wasn't terrible. We were on the boat for about 90 minutes and started getting restless and kind of wanted off after... More

enjoyed the tour. overcast day, but still good visibility. informative, not necessarily entertaining. there are better tours. no worries about sea sicknesses. port is close to downtown low country. nice walk for my wife and me.

We took today's 3.30 cruise for 90 minutes. Lovely breezes and lots if dolphins were a big plus. The fundamentals were very good. The skipper was the commentator for the tour and was knowledgable, clear, informative and had a dry sense of humour which was well received. Great harbour and the cruise gets up close enough to see the attractions... More

We welcomed a sit-down tour after a brutally hot day in Charleston. We booked this as a tri-combo deal (harbor/carriage/plantation). Below deck was air conditioned to our relief. After cooling off, we headed above deck where all the seats were taken but it wasn't too bad standing for a bit since it wasn't crowded. Before long, the humidity drove us... More

The views of the bridge were amazing. The views of the forts were ok. I thought we would get a lot closer. The seating are on folding chairs placed so close together in the sun that between the heat and people so close it was very uncomfortable and hard to enjoy the tour. We bought this as part of a... My husband and I decided to take the Harbor Tour in Charleston, SC. Although we had to wait in line for what seemed like an hour (really just 20 minutes or so), it was soooo hot! I couldn't wait to get seated inside the air conditioned boat. We had a good view, 2nd row from the window. The Captain obviously... More

This was my first time back to Charleston since 2006. Charleston has a lot to offer and is surrounded by various bodies of water. Therefore I decided to take the harbor cruise tour aboard the Carolina Belle. It was a complete waste of my time and money. First of all, the website is very misleading. The website displayed a larger... More

Thank you for your review and for taking the harbor tour aboard the Carolina Belle. I'm not sure how you thought the vessel was different. The Carolina Belle is the exact vessel we advertise on our website. It's an 80 foot, 1920's era bay steamer replica with two decks. She is certified for 300 passengers, but for the harbor tour,... The 90 minute tour takes you close to Ft. Sumter; Yorktown;Ravenel Bridge and many other points of interest - all the while the captain is telling you little interesting tidbits about each site. This is the best way to get your feet wet in Charleston to the historic area. They have other tours as well like sunset cruises; happy hour... More

This weekend I brought my 87 year old high school English teacher to Charleston as our annual trip somewhere in the world. We purchased tickets online for this tour, walked the almost one mile from the hotel in scorching sun, and hoped there would be seats in the shade to wait for the boat ride that was to start 45...
