Good tour of Charleston Harbor

We had a nice tour on this boat and learned quite a bit of history. The commentator was knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor.

Wen took this the last day in Charleston and it really wasn't worth it. It was supposed to be air conditioned on the lower level but it definitely was not cool down there. It was cool in the middle of the boat but not in the sitting areas. Can't really see much from the boat and didn't learn anything new... More

We took this on a fairly hot day but were fortunate to get seats under cover but still up top where we could get a breeze. We enjoyed our narrator and felt that the trip was worth the money. The views were great, and it is probably the best way to see the big ships. The only thing that I... More

The tour was beautiful and well done. The only downside was the heat. The boat was supposedly air conditioned. Only one part seemed to have functional air and that made for an uncomfortable trip on a 100 degree day. If you can find a cool spot on the ship, the tour is excellent!

It was 95 degrees and the air conditioned body of the boat was not very air-conditioned. I do not think the condenser could keep up. If we had known, we most likely would not have gone on this day, but they advertised air-conditioning. The tour itself was visually good, but the information was over an intercom and seemed to drone... More

Very good tour. Suggest that after you buy your ticket, that you get in line early so you can sit on right side of boat for best view as you'll take a counter clockwise route around the harbor. I got a little tied of listening to the captain but we finally got a break from that. Some parts of your... More

The staff for the most part are very friendly. I will have to say I expected a little more. It is a little misleading saying you will see 75 plus historical places. The man doing the narrating did an amazing job with the stories but I would have to say we really didn't see more than 25 places. As far... More

This was a nice 90 minute tour around the harbor. The captain gave historic facts over the loudspeaker. We didn't see any dolphins, but did enjoy watching the many pelicans dive for fish. Took us very close to Ft. Sumpter. The price with discount coupons was around $20 dollars per person. A bathroom and a place to buy snacks are... More

Well worth the money, Located at the Maritime Center. Free parking also. The guide we had was very informative. Was 106 while we were there, but the down stairs is air conditioned and we also went up top and sat for a while it was not uncomfortable. A wonderful adventure on the harbor. Bring your camera.

This tour was very comfortable and full of historic facts. The boat is large and roomy. There are snacks and restrooms available on board. The staff is very knowledge and interesting. I loved it.
