Eagle's Pointe Golf Course is a very nice design and is generally well maintained from tee to green. The club house and the grill won't blow you away but you're there to play golf and it delivers on that score. If you're choosing between here and Crescent Pointe ... this is the better course and it's actually a bit cheaper.

The Eagles Point Golf Course is in much better condition than in previous years, thanks to the Brown Group. The greens were a little slow but appear to be in good condition. However, the greens compare quite favorably to several of the other courses in the Hilton Head area. The drainage on this course is not great, so I avoid... More

One of the better layouts in the region (which is among the best in the country). Staff is friendly for the most part. Their golf lessons are worth the time and money. It is busy, but that's expected of a place worth playing.

We are both fairly high handicappers. My wife struggles with modest carries over water or waste. This course was playable for her. It was in good shape with plenty of challenge. We were able to book very reasonable greens fees using golfnow.com.

But every course seems to challenge me. I recommend this course -- my friend likes this course the best in the area of the ones he has played and likes to go back repeatedly. #9 and #7 are by tough holes,on the front.

Played today after two years absence. Course was in good shape and a very good test in the low country. As a local resident, always a good choice. Will go back again.

Played on July 28th. It had rained a little the day before, so we were not surprised to see the course a little wet as we got going. However, despite taking our time, as there was literally nobody on the course on Sunday morning except us, it never dried out! I guess the humidity was too high or something. Anyway,... More

They need to maintain the course a little better. Very mushy and wet and it was well after it rained. Maybe 10 hours or so. Plus, two many divots and debris. They need to keep up with that.

Greens in great shape, course as well. Prompt on tee times. Challenging without being overpowering. Played in 4.5 hours. The GAS powered carts were a bit of a downer and the $1.00 gas surcharge was a surprise .

We played here while vacationing on Hilton Head. The staff was very friendly. It was only our second round for the season, so we weren't looking for anything too difficult, and this course was perfect...just as billed...not too long or difficult. Fairways were in great shape, as were the greens. Water comes into play quite a bit if you "stray".... More
