But every course seems to challenge me. I recommend this course -- my friend likes this course the best in the area of the ones he has played and likes to go back repeatedly. #9 and #7 are by tough holes,on the front.

Played today after two years absence. Course was in good shape and a very good test in the low country. As a local resident, always a good choice. Will go back again.

Played on July 28th. It had rained a little the day before, so we were not surprised to see the course a little wet as we got going. However, despite taking our time, as there was literally nobody on the course on Sunday morning except us, it never dried out! I guess the humidity was too high or something. Anyway,... More

They need to maintain the course a little better. Very mushy and wet and it was well after it rained. Maybe 10 hours or so. Plus, two many divots and debris. They need to keep up with that.

Greens in great shape, course as well. Prompt on tee times. Challenging without being overpowering. Played in 4.5 hours. The GAS powered carts were a bit of a downer and the $1.00 gas surcharge was a surprise .

We played here while vacationing on Hilton Head. The staff was very friendly. It was only our second round for the season, so we weren't looking for anything too difficult, and this course was perfect...just as billed...not too long or difficult. Fairways were in great shape, as were the greens. Water comes into play quite a bit if you "stray".... More

This was a decent layout. We played from the blues at 6400 yards with a slope rating of 131 and rated slightly above par, which is 71. White's play at 6100 yds, 126/69.6 and tips at 6700 yds, , 136/73.1. There is little difference in tee locations other than distance, just shorter or longer but in the same line. The... More

I played the Eagles Pointe golf course while visiting the Hilton Head area. I liked the course very much. The course was well maintained and the greens were interesting. It was challenging while overpowering. I will definitely play it again.

We played this course on Dec. 18, 2012. It was cart path only because of heavy rains for the previous two days, which we understood. We are just average golfers, but this course was fair to us. It was pretty well maintained and not crowded at all when we played around noon. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would... More
