We did the Hunting Island tour and for the part we got to do before the bad weather threatened to move in, it was awesome. Kim and David are both great. I have never had a kayak tour where I was actually shown that there is a right and left side to a paddle or how to hold it! Particularly... More

Kim and David were great. This was more than just hopping in kayaks and going; they showed us the life that exists in the marsh land. Highly recommend their tour!

Kim and David took us on a long kayak trip through the marshes to Machette Flats, a little fishing island. It was such a fun trip. They don't do this one very often because it's so long, but this was a special 4th of July tour. We had a group of 10 plus Kim and David. One always hung in... More

My family and I went with Kim and David on the ACE Basin tour. It was fantastic! None of us had ever kayaked before, but that didn't matter. Kim and David made sure everyone felt comfortable and prepared. The scenery was beautiful and the "history lessons" were great. The kids are already asking if we can do the other tours... More

Loved our kayak trip to the salt marsh. Lots of ecology information during the tour. Tour guides Kim & David were awesome and it was a nice trip down the river. Learned a lot and had fun.

Our family of 10 did the Hunting Island Tour this weekend and it was amazing ! Our group ranged in ages from 6 to 75 and it perfect for all of us! We have been coming to Fripp island for almost 30 years and saw things and learned about so much about the nature and areas that we never knew.... More

My husband and I did the Ace Basin tour. I can't say enough about how much fun we had! Kim and David were great. They gave us lots of history info. about the basin. Any level of kayaker could do this trip and have a wonderful time. We were very fortunate to be there when the spider lilies were in... More

My 13 year-old's birthday present was the Salt Marsh tour. She hasn't stopped talking about it and continually asks when we are going to do it again. When we return to the Lowcountry for a Summer vacation we will be doing another tour, for sure. These folks know what they are doing and have a serious passion for their work.... More

We took the Salt Marsh tour, a great way to see the marsh "up close and personal". Kim and David are knowledgeable about the ecology, topography, and history of that part of the Low Country of South Carolina. As someone who has to visit Beaufort regularly for family reasons, this gives me something interesting to do, as well as a... More
