Drove to overlook adjoining lighthouse with family group. A dozen or more surfers in water offshore. Good location for photos

At the end of Narraganset, with a Coast Guard and Light house overlooking a rocky lineup. This place will hold size when nothing else is showing. It can hold up to 18 foot waves in big Hurricane swells and holds both a left and a right. Not recommended for beginners but the boulders are not difficult and worth climbing to... More

There isn't a fee to this lighthouse, but you can't get near it. It is also under construction, but the view is nice.

Beautiful. Drive to Galilee, grab some chowder and clambakes, drive to Point Judith Lighthouse and sit right on the ocean enjoying this local treat! Gorgeous views of the ocean, timeless lighthouse, great walk around the Narragansett area. What a site!

Visiting this lighthouse is best at sunset, the views are spectacular. A great place to take photos. You may have an opportunity to go and take photos up close of the lighthouse in the Coast Guard Station. The views of the ocean are great. The electrical lines get in the way of some truly epic photos however during sunset.

My mom and I made the quick and scenic drive from central Narragansett to see this lighthouse. It was fenced off and wasn't particularly pretty as it was surrounded by some Coast Guard buildings and trailers. The ocean views are nice, but mostly we just enjoyed our drive to and from the lighthouse, as you'll pass beautiful homes and glimpses... More

Beautiful views of the ocean. But for some reason the lighthouse was closed this year. Last year we were able to walk around the house and the view from there was lovely

This is a nice place to sit & watch the surfers & there were quite a few the day we were there. Parking is free & plentiful even on the busy 4th of July weekend. The light house is inaccessible & unfortunately it’s fenced so you can’t really even take a nice photo of it.
