The initial 10 minute or so walk down to the beach is worth it and if you have time, there is a lovely duck pond with views of the ocean about 15 minutes after that which is recommended. We have hiked this trail a number of times in the past and the views were amazing. Unfortunately, erosion seems to be winning the battle with the cliffs and much of the walk is now on the secondary inland trail. The views are limited to brush and it makes the walk to the North Light take twice as long. We'll... More

Great hiking with so many trails to explore. A nice area to find migrating birds. Parking is limited.

“A really nice walk that takes you to nice beaches”

A really nice trail easy to travel that takes you to the better beaches on the island. The trail winds through fields and forests and gives you several nice side trails which lead to great views and beaches.
