The most beautiful light house I have ever been to. The north end of the island is great. It is about an hour walk from the parking lot - walking along a sand road through the dunes and on the beach

The lighthouse is probably a few hundred feet from the cliff, looks pretty cool when your walking along the main road

It was a fun bike ride to get to the lighthouse and the sunset was amazing. Definitely a great place to check out on Block Island

Biked down to Sandy Point and walked the beach to the North Lighthouse. Beautiful spot and the lighthouse was interesting to see. Well worth the trip! :D

We rode our bikes up Corn Neck Road to the very northern tip of the island to the nature preserve and hiked to the lughthouse. While we didn't go inside Iand now wish we had), the hike was well worth it. You pass Sachem Pond and then you're right into the area that's wild and preserved, away from the shops... More

Its at the north end of Block Island as you might expect from its name. You have to walk in on the beach from a parking area nearby. Its a modest walk - probably 15 minutes. When we were there it was not open. The surrounding views are quite pleasent

First let me say that it's a hike, not only out to the lighthouse, but to get to the north point of the island. If you can make it out there, it's worth it! The rocks are beautiful. The sand is perfect. It's a wonderful swimming spot because it's not easy to get to, so you won't see crowds of... More

Enjoyed a nice bike ride and subsequent walk to the lighthouse. Did not go inside because it was closed, but we enjoyed an up-close view of its exterior. Check out the dunes walk and beach area behind the lighthouse. It's relaxing and worth the trip.

closed when we were there in mid-June but still pretty and nice to walk along the beach to the lighthouse. also there are a bunch of seagulls around there - we even spotted a nest! Couldn't climb up to the top but maybe in the tourist season that is possible...
