After reading previous reviews, we decided to give "Pond and Beyond" a try and we were very impressed. Corrie is very friendly and knowledgeable about the island, wildlife, and conservation. She is very accomodating of ferry schedules, group member interests, and ability levels (including first-time kayakers). more

My husband and I took a tour with Corrie last June and had a great time. She pointed out all kinds of things we wouldn't have caught on our own and told us all about the island history (she grew up on BI). Definitely worth it! more

This is a great service on the island. Corrie Heinz gives guided kayak tours on Great Salt Pond. She is a wildlife biologist and loves giving tours. She is responsible vis-a-vis keeping her tourists safe if wind picks up for example and very generous in giving information customized to interest of her group or individuals.
