Nice place. The seats are plastic so if you're there for hrs you need to walk around. Easy parking. Good location. JW conventions.

This is a facility that is home to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins and also has numerous events thru the year. Great place for any major event,

Drawn by names like Bette Middler, James Taylor and the Trans-Siberian Orchestra we've been here for many concerts. We have to be maschoscists because the place is poorly managed, expensive for the area and the acoustics just plain suck. The only thing it has going for it concert-wise is proximity. Far more fun and satisfying to make an overnight of... More

Thomas Rhett and Frankie Ballard sounded good but the sound for FGL was terrible. We could barely hear them singing. We had great seats right behind the pit area. There were plenty of restrooms and wait lines weren't too long. The pre-show party was expensive ($9/beer) and kind of pathetic though (we went down the road to Grotto's Pizza). Lots... More

This venue is super cool. They have a local minor league hockey team and are great for concerts. The venue is clean and the staff is friendly.

We have been here twice to see the baby Penguins play. The facility is nice, but small. I am used to seeing the Pro team play in Pittsburgh so that is the only other ice arena I can compare it to.

Although this arena claims to be handicapped friendly, many employees are not. I'm disabled and need a cane for assistance, and I have a service dog. An employee, while I was seated in the handicapped section, very rudely told me that my "pet" was not allowed. Keep in mind, I was escorted to my seats by 2 other employees and... More

Events are a little more costly then other arenas. Layout is good. Staff is friendly. Food is fair, but overpriced. Facility is clean. Parking is good but has a fee. I find it a little difficult to leave the parking area though.

We had a fun night at Mohegan Sun Pocono Downs! The casino was nice - not too crowded for a Saturday night. The non-smoking side had plenty of open machines and tables. We enjoyed the harness racing. We liked being able to have the best of both worlds! We topped off the night with a great dinner at Ruth's Chris... More
