Grounds are in poor shape very disappointing.

Dirty pens, in poor condition don't waste your time going here. It was a total disappointment to me!

The smell in the gift shop should have stopped us there! My husband, Mom and I were touring the Pa Grand Canyon with family from out of town and thought the children would like the zoo. We were appalled by the sad, physical condition of the animals. The sheep skin were matted and filthy, as if they had not been... More

If I could give a zero I would!! Starting from the beginning of our visit, the 'office' was so overpowered with cat urine...disgusting! Moving to the outside animal displays: all of the animals' environments were run down, offered no stimulations, all food and water dishes were empty, crowded, etc. The animals seem, simply put, depressed...even listless. I understand that the... More

we took my Grandaughter and it was a nice walk past all the animals. They were all there but one animal. The porch, entrance and gift shop just weeks with the most pungent cat urine order. It must be. One big litter box😣. We had planned to lunch but we ran through the exit to avoid picking odor on our... More

On the way past going to the canyon I thought no way do I want to stop. For me it was a okay way to spend a little time. For most though, do not waste your time.

they should close this place down!!! the poor animals are sick looking! the bears have no place to play or run. All of the animals look starved!!! I was ashamed to take my grand daughter there. Please let them animals go free!!!! or at least give them to a zoo that will take care of them!!!!

As soon as we walked up to the building, the heavy smell of cat urine greeted us. We could not get past the smell, so we left.

We visited on a whim and wish we hadn't. The sheep and goats seemed OK but the other animals are very badly kept. The conditions for the tiger, bears and monkeys are awful and would not be allowed in other countries. The whole place is run down poorly kept and smells awful. The animals deserve better than this. We were... More

This place is horrible!!! Do NOT go here. The animals are sooooo sad and don't look like they are well taken care of. How can a place treat animals like this?

I usually get very excited to see animals. On our road trip to the PA Grand Canyon, we stopped along the way after seeing numerous signs for "Animal Land." As excited as I was to enter, the whole place smelled like cat urine. We then moved onto the catfish which lived in a filthy green man made pond. Next were... More
