Gorgeous views a short ways from the parking lot and some trails (that are a bit on the challenging side) just off from the viewing platforms. Worth a detour if you are in the area.

The views are amazing and we ended up with some excellent pictures. The baseball team is playing little league sectionals in Wellsboro so most of the team was at the Grand Canyon. Views are over the top, no pun intended. You could go to the West Rim, but this was perfectly fine. Views spectacular and it was for us a clear day so we could see forever. Only 10 miles from Wellsboro where we stayed. A must for sure.

Visited on a rainy day, the clouds were settling in the valley and the park was fairly quiet with only a few visitors. Landscaping is beautiful and the park is clean and well maintained. A place you must visit if you're in the area.

Doesn't matter that I come here everytime we are in Wellsboro. I still find it pretty to look at. Now I bring my kids here to see it every summer!
