I planned a company outing here last year. It was really easy to book and make the payments for, and the directions on their website is spot on. We have twice the amount of people signed up to go this year because everyone raved about!

Rafting here was one of our best family memories. This company truly has it together and deserves business.

Thanks for the very kind words. Feels great when our hard work is appreciated. Hope to see you again this season. Lots of snow on the ground means lots of water in the river later this summer! More

This is our 3rd year back at WhitewAter Challengers and every year is always as fun as the last. We do the rafting on Sat and the 25 mile bike ride on Sun..but beware this weekend is NOT for the out of shape person..the rafting and biking is real work but well worth the effort..the scenery is beautiful and the... So glad you all enjoyed yourselves - again. My wife and I are passionate cyclists, and our bookshelf at home is filled with maps and books full of cycling trails all over the country. We've put many miles on the car traveling to far-away trails, and in the end, we always come back home and pinch ourselves that we have... More

My wife & I did the Lehigh River trip twice with the kids (less challenging ride) and once without the kids (more challenging ride) -- both after a water release. We had a blast all 3 times. WWC is very well run. Some tips: (a) wear water shoes or old sneakers that you don't mind saying g'bye to; (b) put... More

"Soaked, tired and happy." Can life be any better? Our tag line has always been "This is the most fun you'll have all year." We're just thinkin' - maybe it should just be "Soaked, tired and happy!" So glad you came, and we look forward to seeing you again soon. More

I had a blast. Everyone was friendly. Lots to do. Camping grounds were great and white water rafting was memorable. I will be going back.

We thought we were a bit too old to try rafting but a couple of my friends and I decided to try it anyway. We had such a great time and found out we weren't too old after all. We hadn't laughed so much in years. Looking forward to try it again and have since had other friends that are... More

You know what they say ... "never too old!." My Mom finally took this trip when she was 82, and our most senior guest (so far) was 94. So safe to say, we all have lots of years to still enjoy great whitewater. Thanks for joining us, and we'll see you again when all this snow melts. This winter WILL... More

This was the fourth or fifth trip to WC and as ususal I enjoyed it very much. Very professional and well organized. In the past we generally ended up on the upper section of the river, but this time tried the lower section. Unless some of what we experienced was atypical, we will likely swith back (or to another river... More

Glad you had such a good time - again! You're right about the Upper Gorge having shorter stretches of calm water in it. On the Upper, it's a rapid succession of many many shorter rapids, whereas on the Lower, there's those longer stretches of calm water you went through, but also longer stretches of whitewater ... sort of a trade-off.... Whitewater Challengers is a well-run operation and a good choice for large groups and families with younger children. Our group of 25 friends launched at noon on the Sunday of Labor Day Weekend on the less-intense part of the Lehigh. Swimming was allowed at various points (voluntarily exits from the rafts). But there were enough exciting Class II and one... More

Sounds like you had an awesome time together. Maybe the more exciting section of the river is in your future? I always like to pass along to our guides the kind words our guests have for them, and this is no exception. Thanks again for sharing your day with us! More

Took a third annual trip on the Lehigh with Whitewater Challengers, and had another great experience. First two were on upper gorge, this time on lower gorge. The lower gorge was a longer trip and more shallow water, but with dam release we were still able to go through without much problem. Enough rapids to make the trip exciting without... More

Thanks for your kinds words, and I'm so glad you liked our guides better! Not only are they better looking - we actually think they're the best on the river. We tell them that all the time, but your praise probably counts for a lot more. I'll be sure to pass it along. Hope to see you again! More

Last minute idea on Labor Day weekend. The guides on the trip were outstanding and kept the group flowing down river. A definite do if you are in the area
