My wife and I had the pleasure of skiing Camelback in late January. The line to buy tickets was long, but once we got on the slopes the snow was nicely groomed and the trails very scenic and fun. The black diamond trails were decent enough. For various reasons we normally ski in Colorado, and of the areas in the... More

Family friendly resort that is growing. Went there for snow tubing. This is best for the kids. They offer a lot of lanes on two different hills. Staff was friendly. Tubing takes place in 3 hour time slots so try to buy your tickets on the hour. Shuttle buses offer service to other hills for skiing and snowboarding. One setback... More

I have been skiing Camelback for the past 50 years, to enjoy the mountain you have to go early in the morning for the best skiing, on weekend it get crowded, go early, go to the slower lifts short lines. Also ski after 5 pm most people leave.

Camelback had an excellent deal for ski lessons for my kids. We had them signed up for the 2:00 class but they were able to take them earlier. The kids all were tested on their abilities and were able to have a 3 on 1 class. By the end of their lessons each of my kids had their own instructor... More

Let me start off by saying that this review is based on trying to get my 4 year old onto skis; something that she asked for. I had loved Camelback as a teenager and it was my first thought when my daughter asked about skiing. I went to Camelback's website for information and found it to be all but unusable.... More

Overall the kids had a good time-really enjoyed the mountain coaster. The snowtubing was fun but for $30 and 3 hours they only had about 5 rides down. The food is a bit pricy. The shuttles that take you from one area to the next run infrequently so there is a long wait in the cold.

Let's see... why don't we start off with not salting the extremely steep roads required to get to the mountain. You can practice your turns by avoiding cars sliding down hill. We can follow that trick by the most inconvenient parking situation ever devised by man. The signs guide you right to the Lodge, but of course, there is no... More

Went to camelback on a Sunday night and Monday morning. We went out on Sunday presidents day weekend. IT WAS INSANELY BUSY WHEN WE GOT THERE. I literally sat in traffic from 2 miles down I80 east all the way to the resort to like 1.5 hrs. Then we waited about 40 min to find parking. Then we waited 15... More

Great skiing – cafeteria could use work We had a great time skiing at your resort yesterday, the condition were great; the staffs on the slopes were great. The only drawback was your cafeteria. I understand it was a holiday weekend, but there were families who tied up the tables all day eating a picnic lunch, playing video games on... More

My boyfriend and I have been wanting to go snowboarding together since the first time we met…five years ago. So when he surprised me with a trip for us to go snowboarding together I was really happy...and really scared! I had never been snowboarding before and didn't think I would ever do it. I've had a couple bad experiences skiing... More
