The Merle Phillips Park is home to many great event in Sunbury from the Renaissance Fair in June to the Sunbury River Festival in August to the Wine and Brew Fest in September !. When these great events are not going on, its a great place to walk along the river ( the loop along the park and the river... More

This park is a narrow strip between Front Street and The Susquehanna, broken up by the dike wall. There's nowhere to park and few people use this unnecessary expense. What a waste of taxpayer dollars.
