I tried a competitor but really enjoyed Ed's Buggy Rides best. He uses real buggies, drivers are entertaining, and the wait was not half as long as some other places. We went on the farm tour to a real Amish farm. Our kids got to sit up in front with the driver which made their trip memorable.

We had a wonderful, enjoyable buggy ride down country roads with breathtaking views of Lancaster County farmlands. Our driver, Sam, allowed our little ones to sit next to him in the driver's seat. He even let them hold the reins. The kids really liked that.

There was no way I was going to ride in a buggy down a busy highway so the B&B where I was staying suggested Ed's. We went out of the back of Ed's property down a paved road that was way off the busy road. We went to a real Amish farm and 2 charming little girls came running out... More

My step-daughter and I had a wonderful time on our ride. Our driver was very informative and let my sd pet the animals as much as she wanted and answered all sorts of horse questions. The countryside is lovely and the farm we visited was very nice. SD especially enjoyed the homemade rootbeer.

My 14 year old and I enjoyed this very much. Ike, our driver was very informative. There were only eight people in our group so it was not overcrowded.

Ed's buggy ride was a hop skip and a jump from Verdant View Farms, where we stayed this summer. We were not sure if they would be opened, because the day in question turned out to be a rainy day. My husband and I were pleased and surprised to see that they were still allowing folks to ride. The girl... More

Recommended by our hotel this was a nice buggy ride. Our driver was a young woman who is Amish descendent. Was able to give us a lot of information about Amish life. Was a long buggy ride about an hour and a half. We had a stop at an Amish farm with a small gift shop and we purchased some... More

This buggy ride was on my bucket list. Arika was our driver and she handled the horses and buggy like on one's business. She was awesome!! We got to ride through beautiful country and I asked tons of questions and got my answers. Not only was Arika a fantastic driver, she was extremely knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable asking... We chose Ed's because it was close to where we stayed, and were glad we did, driver was super nice and patient with the kids and all their questions, ride was just long enough (30 min) so it kept their interest and the cost didn't break the bank like so many other attractions nearby..
