We took the 45 minute train ride , we loved the countryside ride and the views seen from the train. The train goes to Paradise and back. You can get off and back on another train if you want to picnic at a little park. They have a car where you can have lunch and a lot of special weekend... More

This is a must do while in Lancaster. We make one trip a year in the fall to ride the train and always have a fun time. Kids enjoy the train and always look forward to the visit. Beautiful scenery along the way. Great family memories. Thank you Strasbourg rail road. .

I love trains, especially old trains so when I learned of this attraction we decided to add it to our trip to Lancaster, PA. The area where you take the train is very lively with music and cafe place etc.We paid ($20ea) for the parlor seat and I was not very impressed. the view is very limited so I was... More

Enjoyed the Bonnie and Clyde robbery. Wouldn't recommend this ride without the acting as the scenery isn't all that.

I love riding on trains. I had a good time riding through Amish farmland and seeing the countryside. The seats in the first class lounge were comfy and they swiveled. My complaint was the trip was way too short. I went on another fall foliage train trip in Romney WV and that was a lot better. We even rode in... More

The rail ride was comfortable and one can see large landscape from the windows. We encountered pumpkin and corn plantations and saw horse carriages moving in the distance. We enjoyed watching Amish heritage and old fashioned lifestyle.

Road on the coach car, very crowded and loud. Kids on board my car were yelling and crying so you couldn't hear the narrator. The train itself is cool and historic. The ride is pretty nice but short. It was an alright experience, I just wouldn't do it again.

We have been in this area four years in a row and each time we visit this area. It is a definite recommendation. The museum is great and the train ride was fun for adults and children. Enjoy

Great Train Experience for the entire family. We enjoyed a Labor Day ride in an open car through the Amish Farmland. The trip is very memorable and fun for the whole family! Save some time for the shops and Museum next door.
