Outsiders beware, this place is for locals dining to say hello to a chief they know. The duck was good, the experience was not. If you're charing me $30-$40 for a plate I expect better service. My wife and I went to Otto's celebrating. With two parties ahead of us we waited over a hour. When it was our turn... More

I love coming here!!! The double D IPA is to die for and the wraps are very very good! Staff is awesome as well as the management! If you're looking for a great place to go after the game I would definitely go here!

Otto's is a brew pub with a diverse and rotating collection of excellent beers brewed on the property. It has a full bar, but the beer is the main attraction. I like sitting at the bar and the bartenders are all really friendly and attentive. If you go there more than once, they'll learn your name, what you like, etc.... More

The beers at Otto's are very good for a micro brewery however their food is average at best. I've had their meatloaf on several occasions and found to be a bit spicy and otherwise nondescript. I've also been there for lunch and have decided that I'd never go back there for a noon meal again,.

Excellent pub to just have a beer/sandwich. Service always fast and courteous and plenty of parking. Normal wait time is 0-15 minutes, unless home football weekend. Then about one hour.

Everyone I've talked with, liked the food and atmosphere better before they move to the old Quaker Steak and Lube building. The food has become more palatable over time but still not as good as before. The decor is pretty Cheesey...feeling like you're in an antique Hard Rock in the 80's... Or maybe that's what they were going for. It... More

Otto's is OK - wish it was better because I want to like and support it. The beer is OK - I prefer ales so I have the Spruce or Spring Creek ales. They aren't horrible and they aren't beers I order when I'm in other local establishments which stock Otto's beers. The atmosphere and the food tie for the... More

Otto's is always great. Great beer and food. Atmosphere is very good as well. A little bit noisy still, but parking has improved. Great wings, burgers and pizza. Pasta is very good as well.

Been to Otto's quite often over the years. They have always served very good selections of their own brews as well as a couple of "guest taps". There are some excellent selections that are always available, such as Double D IPA, Slab Cabin IPA, Mount Nittany Pale Ale, Spruce Creek Lager, Black Mo Stout and Red Mo Ale. One of... More

Especially if you get to see the set by Miss Melanie at 9pm Fridays.. Or outside when the weather's nice. Good beer, too.
