Penn State is beautiful campus adjacent to the town of State College. Things to do include concerts and sporting events in mutliple venues. The Arboretum is a beauriful place to visit. I have attended many events here and have enjoyed all of them. There are usually fees for parking as well as the admission fee to events.

Campus is beautiful, especially during off-peak times (summer). The campus is spacious and mostly flat with lots of open area.

Penn State. First class university, beautiful campus. As an alumnus and parent of two PSU graduates, spent a lot to time throughout this campus.

Great to visit the campus but there is only garage parking so the streets are kept clear. Make sure to visit Berkey Creamery for some heavenly ice cream.

Very nice campus, getting very built up, seems like they put up a new building or 2 per year. Parking is limited, be prepared to hike the campus. Many attractions are available to pass the day, the students are usually very friendly. Gotta try the Creamery Ice Cream, a PSU tradition!

Went to visit our daughter. Visited a couple spots we have never been in over the years. If you like sports and have never been to the All Sports Museum at the stadium, check it out. We also look for other things to do in the general area when we go so we stopped at the Centre County Visitor's Center... More

Tremendous tour, fantastic students/faculty, amazing facilities. I really have to wonder why this is not the #1 state school in the US. I have been to OSU, UNC, UMich and the likes. This truly stands out.

Penn State University is a large, diversified school located in a small town atmosphere. There are ample restaurants, bars, and gift shop (many PSU item related) from which to choose. The campus is beautiful, and is a pleasure to explore (particularly in fall and spring). Many on campus events bring culture and sports in all its forms to this world... More
