Beautiful course, but where are the cart paths

Blue course - great course to play and very picturesque. But had a hard time figuring out where to go - lacking cart paths in many places especially towards the green. Would... read more

The courses experienced over 18 inches of rain and then 17 days of drought. The course was in great shape for what they had experienced over the last 2 months. Great greens and fairways. The blue course is my favorite but the white course is just as good. Reasonable prices and good conditions. That is hard to beat!

Had no tee time and Blue Course was closing at 1:45 for an event. They let me on at 1:25 and allowed me to walk. Nice course to walk. Greens were not overly fast, but were not slow. Need more yardage markers on par 5's for lay-ups. Par 3's were very challenging, but all but 1 were same yardages/same club.... More

I've seen many golfers having a great time there. Summertime is perfect for spending some peaceful time there.

The Blue course is awesome. My daughter played in a USGA qualifier tournament at the Blue course. The grounds were in great condition.

Played the white course during the summer. The conditions were a little rough on the course, but it was pretty reasonable for the cost. It would be much better if the driving range permitted regular folks to use the grass tees as opposed to the mats, but the practice putting green is nice (it has some contour, which is not... More

Our son played the Blue course in a junior tournament here. The course is beautiful and open. The fairways are wide and there are not too many trees. The course is in great shape. There is a Turf Management degree at Penn State so the condition of their courses is a matter of importance. There is also a White course... More

Blue Course is quite good; White a little less so. Courses are always in excellent condition. Can be painfully slow on heavy-play days. A big drawback: grass practice tees are almost never open and the mats are impossible to use a tee on.

The course is very well kept, but with the last expansion to meet NCAA expectations, it has become longer and less forgiving. Somehow I mind it less hitting a ball into the water at some other courses than making a good shot over a sand trap only to find my ball invisible in a thick, unmowed section of grass hidden... I will avoid the White course from now on as it is a poor layout, unimaginative and the skill level seems to be more oriented towards women golfers. The play was sooooo slow - I mean it was ridiculous with some of the kids they let on as they couldn't hit a thing and held up play reducing the enjoyment.... More
