I have been going to this place for years, starting when they just had a little shed they sold pretzels from a little shed, and it has always been great! The family who runs the store and food stand are so friendly and helpful. The store is great with reasonable prices and a wide array of crafts and souvenirs. There... More

We visited this location at the recommendation of our B & B (Silverstone Inn & Suites). What we found was a beautiful, quaint Amish run sore with a large selection of handmade crafts, placemat sets, quillos and other items. They have the best soft pretzels we have ever eaten, they just melt in your mouth. It is off the beaten... More

I see that other reviews are raving about the pretzels. Try the ice cream. It is really good soft serve.

I'm not sure what I like best here…the pretzels or the store-both are fantastic! The pretzels are fresh and delicious. The store is jam packed with all kinds of cool stuff from quillows to baked goods. This is the only place I know of in Amish Country that has all of my favorite things in one spot! They do also... AMAZING, AMAZING Pretzels. Best that I have ever tasted. These are what the pretzels in the carts in New York City should taste like! My family and I visit Lancaster every year in August and this is a must stop for us. We actually do 2 or 3 stops here during our 3 to 5 day visit. It's hard to... More

OMG! These pretzel are fabulous. They really are the best that I have ever had. They also have homemade lemonade, root beer and homemade potato chips. All were great tasting. There are homemade crafts and a great selection of quillows. I loved this store. This was my favorite store that we visited while in Amish country. The prices were great... More

We are locals and visit here often. They have great pretzels and root beer. My kids love feeding the animals. Tip: don't waste your money on the food dispenser by the animals. Go into the store and ask for day old bread. They will sell it for $1.00 and you get a lot more to feed the animals. They don't... More

Great place!!! Purchased some Amish made butter, cheese and baked goods. The pretzel stand was closed, so we didn’t have the chance to try them. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I stopped there during our bus tour. We had homemade root beer and pretzels that were terrific. My fourth time in Lancaster and first time at Country Side Road Stand.
