Very nice tour of the brewery and building. Our tour guide was great. Beer tasting was limited to 2 beers, but we found several new brews that we really like.

A tour of an old brewery might not sound very exiting, but our guide was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and delivered with a great sense of humor. Not to be missd if you're in the area.

We had a blast visiting DG Yuengling Brewery. I visited with my husband and son who love to taste great beers while I had the opportunity to get some really great photos of the area even though it was cold and rainy that day. The tour is very exciting up and down old stairs into old under ground caves with... More

Informative tour. Lots of stairs!!!!!!! Samples of the beer at the end. We tried the summer wheat (pretty tasty), porter (also tasty, I don't usually like porter), and the black & tan (yummy). Kids had birch beer (tastes a lot like root beer). Neat old building in a neat old town.

I had hoped to tour this Brewery, but as I was visiting en route, my timing was awry and could not wait for it. But the stop was worth it to see the Breweryania on display. I was disappointed that I couldn't buy samples of the beer, but the gift shop has an arrangement with local stockists, so you have... More

Great day trip! Very interesting tour, followed by a beer sampling. There is a gift shop. The tow's hills remind me of Manayunk, PA. Be prepared to walk all through the brewery. Wear sneakers.

This tour is great in that it is free and you get two pretty good-sized cups of beer at the end. The problem is, there are lots and lots of steep steps and if you go on the summer, you can count on it being extremely hot and uncomfortable in some areas of the tour. Yuengling does warn about the... More

This was something we have wanted to do for many years. Never seemed to fit it in. I'm glad we did. Our tour guide was great and made the history of the brewery seem fun. I can't wait to go back.

Wonderful tour through the history of the country's oldest brewery. The tour is free and you certainly get your workout climbing all of the stairs. You begin the tour by waiting in the gift shop, which is filled with historic bottles, cans, glasses, and the like. You then go through the old keg filling room to learn about the family... More

We've been on many brewery tours and I found this one to be the best. Very informative and you get right next to the action. Tours are at 10 AM and 1 PM and count on about 90 minutes including the tasting. Parking is metered on the street so have a few quarters with you. If you like factory tours,... More
