Can't beat an old fashion brewery. Yuengling Lager my favorite. Deep in the heRt of the coal regions.

Everyone knows Yuengling is America's oldest brewery, but have you been there to see it firsthand? There is a ton of history in this old building and a great story is told as you start at the top of the hill and descend down through the brewing process. The tasting room at the end is very cozy, comfy and classy.... More

Was in town for a family function and decided to stop in and visit a place I had never gone to. Family heritage is from the area so went for the tour. Really neat to see. Must see for those who appreciate fine brews.

Our tour guide provided an outstanding tour of a historic yet working brewery. Our group of approximatly 25 was treated to a very informative leader who took us through the entire process of producing, bottling and packaging beer. She has a great sense of humor and an ability to adapt to various personalities. We've toured a few other breweries but... More

We had to visit after seeing that it's not that far to drive to and being that it's one of hubby's preferred beers, it was a no brainer. The first Saturday tour of the year, a beautiful spring day (a bit chillier there) was the day to go. There are no tickets, you just show up. They band your wrist... More

We live just under two hours from the Yuengling Brewery in Pottsville, PA. We decided to take a day trip and tour the brewery. It is no charge to take the tour. It lasted about 90 minutes and was very informative and enjoyable. We walked through the brewery as the beer is being made ( we were there in a... More

They set up a special private evening tour for our group of 24. Tour guide was great and funny. The buildings are amazing! It was interesting to see how the beer was made 200 years ago and now how it's made today. Great tour and beer tasting. Fun!

I have lived in the area all my life and have introduced many of my friends and work associates to the tour. They all said how much they enjoyed the visit. You should check on the scheduled tour times so you don't not have to wait. You won't be disappointed. The building is old and there are stairs and narrow... More
