We took the reasonably priced Incline (abot $3.50/person) to the top. The view was amazing! We then spent some time visiting a few of the restaurants and the bakery which was wonderful. Don't miss the scenic overlook for a terrific photo opportunity!!!

Stunning view of the city, but not much to do that we could tell within walking distance of the Duquesne Incline. Worth the trip for the view, though.

Wow, really something else being up on this mountain. The view of Pittsburgh is spectacular. There are great restaurants with in a blocks walk and an ice cream parlor. Beautiful outlook photo decks and very clean area. Took some great shots up there! A must see!

The most beautiful view in Pittsburgh. Ride the incline to the top, then take a short walk for a bite to eat after viewing the beautiful city of Pittsburgh from Mount Washington.

Came here last night to look at the blue moon. Do free off-street parking neat Monterey Bay restaurant and look out there, beautiful views, less crowded than other spots. It's like a slice of heaven.

See how many of the buildings you recognize or how far up the river you can identify. It's a sight like none other that is sure to delight no matter how many times you've... More

Mount Washington is relatively easy to get to. There are places to park at the top or you can get there via the Duquesne or Monongahela inclines. There is a nice path that goes the mile between the inclines and there are several overhangs where you can walk out to get better views of the city. If you want a... More

see all of Pittsburgh at once. I always go there for old times sake and love the view, if you can go there for fireworks do, but get there real early, some local places to eat, pricey
