Driving up the hill by car was quick and easy and we found metered parking. On a separate occasion, took the Duquesne incline which requires exact cash fare of $5 per person. We walked from one lookout point to the next, along Grandview avenue. We went when the library was closed so there were no bathrooms available.

Sorry I have to give it three stars. While the views are great and it's definitely best place to see the entire city of Pittsburgh, this place can definitely use some cleaning up. It seems rundown and when you step out to the "observation deck" the surrounding area is very dirty, rundown and just not a pretty site. Staff attending... More

When it is clear, there is no better view of Pittsburgh. No matter how long I have lived here, it always amazes me. It is a must-see for out of town family and friends.

Mount Washington has the best view of Pittsburgh. Enjoy it during the day or at night when it is spectacular all lit up. You can get some great photos of the city. Take the incline ride up. There are many great restaurants with a fantastic view of the city.

When you visit Pittsburgh, Mt Washington is a MUST. The view is outstanding! You will see the joining of the Allegheny, the Monongahela and the Ohio Rivers. Plus miles of Pgh.

Don't knock Pittsburgh until you have tried it! This is a beautiful place filled with big city attractions yet a hometown feel. Yes, you can drive through Pittsburgh without getting run over. You may never "get there from here," but there will be a bunch of friendly Mayberry-type folks who will help you find your way. Visitors are always welcome.... More

We always bring our friends and family to Mt. Washington. It offers the best view of any city I have ever visited. You can get great photos with the city for your background. This is a must see if your coming to the Burgh. While your up there, you might as well take the incline down to Station Square and... More

Pittsburgh has exceptional delights from the views off Mount Washington to a ride on the inclines. Pittsburgh is exciting. Plan on dinner at the Tin Angel at sundown and watch the city below light up.
