The nursery area for toddler was great for my son who is 2. Everything else was too big for him to really do. It was also i think a waste of money to pay for him when he couldn't do anything really. Under 2 is free here but 2 and up cost a dollar cheaper than the adult ticket so... More

You do yourself an absolute favor by bringing your children here. It has everything you need for a full day of fun with your little ones! The first floor is like a little artist studio with several stations for your children to create their own masterpieces. There are higher floors for children to explore different mechanical contraptions and even for... More

My 4 year old son had a blast at the museum, especially first thing in the morning when it was less crowded. We stayed for over 2 hours before the busloads of kids started to make things too crowded and he had a meltdown. Perfect for his age and even older. So many wonderful things to do and all very... Very interactive children museum. Enjoyed every exhibit. Kids over 8 might find it boring. The current missing link exhibit is a bit disappointing.

Thanks for the review! Sorry to hear you are not a fan of Missing Links. Hope you can make it back for our next exhibit, Very Eric Carle, running June 13 - Sept 20. We're creating it right now with The Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art. More

We recently visited and the kids had a great time! There is an art room, where they have 5-6 different art projects going on that the kids can participate in - they had screen printing, sculpture making, painting, mono-printing, bicycle wheel weaving and stencil rubbing all going on while we were there. There were plenty of volunteers there helping the... More

A rainy Tuesday in April looking for an indoor activity, took my 16y/o, 15y/o, and 8y/o. The teens were skeptical as we walked in. I told them to think of it as more geared towards their little brother and we would find something more geared to them later. As it turned out, all 3 enjoyed themselves. There was more for... More

This is a great day long destination for younger children. I definitely would recommend packing swimwear if visiting the water playground on the top floor. Allow several hours minimum.

We are annual members and I brought my new daycare provider in to the museum today for my 1.5 YO to enjoy the day. I arrived at 9:35, thinking the museum opened at 9:30 but was mistaken. Morgan informed me I had to wait until 10:00am to check-in. She was working at her computer at the check-in desk but advised... More

We do not check in visitors until 10am, but our staff member could have added your caregiver to your membership before that time. Members often email or call in a similar change in the morning so...
