Fun for kids of all ages

My kids, ages 6 and 11 were both thoroughly entertained at this museum. Their favorites were the Limb Bender, The Garage and the Gravity Room sections.

The Children's Museum is awesome! There are so many exhibits and don't forget to check out the water exhibit! The cafe is wonderful and in the summer there is an outdoor exhibit! It is a great place for all children!!

The facility is beautiful, well laid out, and had a wide variety of activities. It can be a little pricey, especially if you're bringing multiple adults, but it's worth the price. Many of the activities will have the adults fascinated right alongside the children, and sometimes even without the kids. The cafeteria is very large and well designed. The food... More

This museum is so nice. They have a water play area so if you have little kids ages 1-4 bring a change of clothes or swimsuit. They will get wet. Kids can make art projects.

I think what our grandkids have loved best about "Children's" is that it's set up to encourage touching of displays and interacting with props. All kids seem to love the water activities on the second floor. They can generate a whirlpool, slop around building plastic pipe fountains, send plastic boats through locks in the huge water table pool and do... More

Great experience for the older kids. The younger toddlers don't have much keeping them contained and there are things that the staff came over and told him not to touch. There are a lot of fun exhibits but best for I'd say age 4 or 5 and up.

I can't leave the most informative review as we were only here for a short amount of time after visiting two other museums the same day. We thought we would pop in here after visiting the National Aviary next door since we have reciprocal membership with another museum and could get in for free. Unfortunately this proved to be one... The nursery area for toddler was great for my son who is 2. Everything else was too big for him to really do. It was also i think a waste of money to pay for him when he couldn't do anything really. Under 2 is free here but 2 and up cost a dollar cheaper than the adult ticket so... More

My daughters are 5 and 6 age. And they loved it so much. the ground floor is art and the first floor is for some interesting things for both girls and buys. In the second floor is water play, children can play with water in different interesting ways for them.

You do yourself an absolute favor by bringing your children here. It has everything you need for a full day of fun with your little ones! The first floor is like a little artist studio with several stations for your children to create their own masterpieces. There are higher floors for children to explore different mechanical contraptions and even for... More
