We signed up for the Rivers Casino player card. The ladies who waited on both myself and my husband were so informative and let us know what the card entitled us to while at the casino. We headed up to the buffet and had our first discount of 5% off. Lots to chose from at the buffet. Very friendly staff... More

Great time at the casino, unfortunately we only came out with a couple extra dollars. The same slots at other casinos we frequent seem to pay out more. Eh, it's gambling.

The service was very good. The staff was helpful and patient. The meals were served quickly for a large group who ordered off the menu.

This is a great place for the casual gambler looking to while away some time at the slot machines. The casino floor was clean, comfortable and had a good variety of machines, both new and old favorites, at the 1, 2 and 5 cent levels. (That's all I play.) On the down side, smoking was allowed. On the plus side,... More

I probably shouldn't review a casino since I don't really gamble, but since I'd never been to a casino before I thought I'd check it out. The Rivers Casino is really nothing more that a huge smoked filled cavern of a room filled with thousands of slot machines with a few table games thrown in the middle. Even the non-smoking... More

We had some time on our hands before a business meeting the next day and decided to check out the Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh. Although the air quality is not great from all the smokers, overall we had a great time. The casino is fairly large with a wide variety of games to choose from. We ended up staying for... More

Nice casino in beautiful downtown Pittsburgh. Great food options. Snacks in gift shop, sandwiches in deli, moderately priced sit-down restaurant, and nice buffet. The service is decent no matter how busy the casino is. Weekend evenings can be too crowded, especially if the Steelers are playing in town. Either the slots have been tight the last couple of years, or... More

I personally enjoy rivers casino. I like to go after catching a game at PNC park. Never had any negative experiences at Rivers. Parking and entry is easy....follow the signs and its easy to get to. Live music on the weekends. Overall not a bad experience.

Was at this "casino" on my birthday, what an absolutely disappointing expierence! Very RUDE, untrained, CLUELESS employees and management! There were two ladies in the players club that were more worried about talking to each other then helping guests. When finally my turn I asked questions about free play on my card about why there was only $5 on it... More
