Just happened to catch an advertisement for the Christmas display at Phipps and had some spare time between other committments. Although beautiful the route begins a bit ordinary but picks up as you progress through the route with the best saved for last. If you like flowers, plants, art and creative thinking and design, it is well worth the visit

In the event you've not traveled much beyond the NE Con-US, this may be quite an attraction. However, like much of the NE Con-US, there are places which are more historical and architecturally significant than what another local may have in the way of advancements, items and species. Thus, much of the items here are readily available in Central Fla.,... More

Very well designed and amazing plants well laid out to make the best impression. It's a bit pricey but it is worth seeing.

We visited Phipps on Sunday; they just opened their display of orchids and bonsai trees. Everything was absolutely beautiful. We spent a good three hours looking at everything, and also ate at their cafe. The food was good, just the right amount for a quick lunch at the conservatory.

My friend and I went to the Orchid and Bonsai exhibit. It was beautiful! It was large and impressive. I would like more interactive exhibits.

We went to see the lights and the gardens at night, it was a great visit, live music and lots to see, everything looks different at night so for the want of a better word you saw things in a different light

Our flight back to TX was delayed and it was 17 degrees outside, so walking around Pitt was not an option. We weren't disappointed. Prices were reasonable and my 3 college students received a dollar-off discount. We took our time, had a quick snack in their bistro, and still had time to catch our flight. The art installations throughout were... More
