We took a family from New Jersey and they loved it! The decorations and of course the orchids! They thought they were finished after a few rooms- by the time they got to the train room they were thrilled!

We visited Phipps this month to see their Christmas Light Show in and outside the conservatory. It was simply beautiful. Phipps is gorgeous anytime, but especially this time of year.

Phipps, as everyone knows, houses some fantastic gardens. In addition to that, however, the place is a must-see during the holidays with its lights, candle-lit gardens, choirs, bell-ringers, etc. Great setting for couples, families, friends... everyone!

I had plannd to come here when the Chiculy exhibit was in town, but was not able. I finally got here. The place was crowded but it was Thanksgiving weekend. There were thins for children to do and the whole place ws decorated extensively with beautiful and merry scenes everywhere we turned. The permanent installations were really exciting and outstanding.... More

On a very cold and miserable Saturday, we were looking for a fun indoor activity and were not disappointed. Phipps was decorated for Christmas, and was looking very festive indeed. At first I thought it was very overpriced, but really underestimated the size of the building and the number of displays. (Our first time there.) We had our grown daughters... More

I know visiting a greenhouse full of plants doesn't sound like something young kids would like, but this is actually one of my kids favorite places to visit since they were about 4 years old. (they are 12 and 15 now, and STILL love to come). This is a great place for photography, and both my girls have "photo contests"... More

Phipps is beautiful. It is such a peaceful way to spend an afternoon with family. I love the orchids and the butterfly exhibit.

This is a beautiful place to visit. It would be enjoyable for almost any age including young children The outdoor Holiday garden is spectacular! It's full of all kinds of cool lights including lit up orbs which I found to be totally unique. The inside is room after room full of gorgeous glass art work, poinsettias, Christmas trees and much... Our family looks forward each year to both the Spring and Christmas displays at Phipps. Absolutely beautiful, different every year and it has become a family tradition for the past 15 years. Many of our family photo Christmas cards were taken here. If you haven't been there go, if you went last year, go again this year.

If you like plants, you'll love this place... You'll proably like it even if you don't. They often have different art installations as well. Check it out!
