Took this tour on July 24 and it was very informative and the food was great too. Jen was a great host and learned a lot about the Strip District. It's well worth the time and it gives you a great insight into what the Strip District is and was all about. It was fun and would highly recommend it.

Great tour on a drizzly day in Pittsburgh Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the Strip District - the stops along the way treated us to their specialties and the proprietors were friendly and informative Only negative is finding parking

So glad that my friend purchased this tour as a birthday gift for me! Our tour guide, Sylvia, was wonderful & knowledgeable; she introduced us to a great variety of eateries in Lawrenceville. It was nice getting to meet the business owners, sample great food, and learn a little about the neighborhood's history! Awesome way to spend an afternoon in... More

My husband and I have done three tours-Strip District, Lawrenceville, & Bloomfield. Great way to see different areas in Pittsburgh. Great food and information on the history of Pittsburgh. We plan to do the tours in Brookline and Northside. We've actually gone back to some of the food places we visited on the tours.

Went on the Burgh Bits and Bites Food Tour of Lawrenceville today. We had such a good time. Great samplings of food and tid-bits of information on the area. Will definitely do another trip in one of the other neighborhoods. This was a gift given to us by our daughter. What a nice gift. Will consider giving this as a... More

We recently did the Burgh Bits and Bites Northside Tour. It was much more than I expected because it included a lot of history and other interesting details about this neighborhood. Our tour guide was excellent although I would have liked to know what the non-mustard dipping sauce was at the Priory. The food we tried was okay -- nothing... More

This tour was nice. The meeting/rally point is a wonderful old church. The story of the church itself is wonderful too. The walk is quick and even on one of the hottest days of summer this wasn't bad. The stops are frequent - I am not sure if the stops are the same on every tour - but you could... More

Make no mistake: this tour is not long, does not go far, and will not fill you up. However, it's a fun way to spend an afternoon and learn more about a Pittsburgh neighborhood than you would if you'd just been walking there by yourself. The Bloomfield tour offers a little history and a little food. The total amount walked... More

we are "locals' but decided to take the tour just for fun and to increase our knowledge of the area. The history part of the tour was so interesting, we learned so much about the "strip" and the food was great! It was so nice to hear from the shop owners who have been part of the community for years.Our... More
