It was our first time in Pittsburgh and we wanted a fun tour to learn about the neighborhood and eat good food. The tour was amazing! Our tour guide was really personable, knowledgeable, and funny. We would have probably never gone to Lawrenceville without this tour. We loved Lawrenceville and would go back again. At the end of the tour... More

A 2-hour walking tour of the Bloomfield/Little Italy neighborhood. The walking only covered a few blocks but included five restaurants, delis, bakeries and a pizzaria. The tastings included pasta and meatballs in marinara, New York pizza, French-style cupcakes, biscotti and a cheeseburger with home-fries. Our guide, Richard, was friendly and knowledgeable and acted more as a host than a guide.... More

This was a great introduction to the city and a great way to start our weekend getaway. We had an amazing time and our guide Gabe was fabulous.

We were visiting Pittsburgh for only 4 days and wouldn't be there on Friday, the regular day that the Strip District food tour is offered. So I was really glad that they were able to offer us a tour on a Monday. One of the stops had to be cancelled due to a movie being filmed on the street, but... More

We had a really great time at the Bits and Bites food tour in Lawrenceville. Our tour guide, Melissa, was excellent. The owners came out to talk to us and were very friendly and the food was delicious. We'd definitely do another Bits and Bites food tour!

We spent an enjoyable couple of hours on the Little Italy tour with Gabe. It was very pleasant and the five shops - all within a couple of blocks of each other - served some very good food. You also get to meet some very nice people. For us the main disappointment was that there wasn't more to the tour.... More

We did the Strip District tour as an employee team building event. Our guide, Jen, the food, history and store owners were all great! I have been going to the Strip for over 20 years and watch all the WQED specials on Pittsburgh. Jen provided alot of history on the strip and those little unknown facts about stores and owners.... I did the Bloomfield tour with Richard and had a lot of fun. Richard was very informative on both the food tastings and the neighborhood of Bloomfield. The tastings were very generous and I left with a full belly! I would definitely recommend this tour to everyone whether a Pittsburgh native or an out-of-towner!

We did the Strip District tour with Jen. We had 9 people in our group. You learn about the history of the area and get to eat! I wish we were there longer so we could have done another tour. Take a tour - you won't be disappointed!

Just completed the Burgh Bites and Bites North Side inaugural tour and it was so well done! Our guide, Richard, was superb! His background is in education, history and renovation and he was so well spoken and enthusiastic, --interspersing his comments with fun facts about the history and architecture of the North Side and the buildings we passed. The food... More
