It sounds cliched but if you like Andy Warhol you'll like this museum, but if you have not interest you will be disappointed. It has a varied collection of his art. We are all familiar with the portrait photos, and the soup cans, but there he did quite a wide variety of items, and they have samples. He also collected... more

Had a fun time at the Warhol museum. There were some wonderful special exhibits including beautiful landscape photos based on the seven deadly sins. Another fun exhibit included many Darth Vader masks reinterpreted by different artists. If you are looking for Warhol art work, there is plenty to see here as well. One thing I do recommend is not bringing... more

Purists will likely love this museum, but for the casual art observer it wasnt quite what I had hoped for. The background area on the ground floor is excellent, and its a shame there isnt more of this in the museum. Much of the work is very abstract, and there was also quite a lot of non-Warhol art on show.... more

I was expecting more of a museum on Warhol than the museum on Modern art I actually got. The first floor is a brief bio on Warhol's life and one of the floors is an interesting example of one of the time capsules he had made. They expect to have more of these time capsules open for viewing in a... more

I visited the Andy Warhol Museum and I have to say that I wasn’t very impressed. I had liked Warhol’s pop-art exhibits elsewhere, and while this museum had a few of those pieces, the museum focused mainly on pieces of Warhol memorabilia. I found the pieces very random, overly sexual, and generally nonsensical. For the modern art lover, it’s probably... more

I am a huge Warhol fan and recently visited the museum for the first time. I was slightly disappointed by the experience. First, the museum does not display that many of his major works. There are entire floors dedicated to more esoteric projects that he worked on. Some of the galleries just felt cluttered and not carefully put together. That... more

The Warhol museum is one of a kind. It's not mainstream and that’s what makes it interesting. Friday night happy hour is a fun time to visit, check out the museum, maybe hear some music and of course-mingle. more

I have always been a fan of pop art, and specifically Warhol, since I studied art history in school. I have only been to this musem twice in the last seven years, but both times it did not disappoint me. Honestly I enjoyed my first visit a little better than the second, but only because there was an excellent Rachel... more

The Andy Warhol museum is one of those places that some will love, while others hate it. If you feel that you understand art or at least Andy Warhol, then you will enjoy this Museum. However, if you don't like or understand pop art then you will hate this museum. In this museum you get to see some of Warhol's... more

I went here for the umpteenth time over the weekend. Exhibits are always changing. Warhol's artwork is fun. One warning. Most of the museum is fine for older children, but some of the traveling exhibits could be a little much for them. Be sure to ask the staff about the traveling and temporary exhibits before taking your children to those... more
