Reid's has some of the best wines and the nicest and friendliest staff that you will find in Gettysburg! Will definitely be back in November for the strawberry wine!

Hi Michelle, Thanks for the great review! Keep an eye on the website for your trip back in November, I am not sure if we are making strawberry wine this year, but we should have something new in the works by then. More

Realizing that everyone's tastes are different, the wines at Reid's, in my opinion, are some of the best in the area. The red's are rich and flavorful. Different flavors bounce in the palette wonderfully for each different wine. The whites are clean and crisp and just as wonderful. The experience is unique in the downtown tasting room. (and is about... More

We stumbled upon the tasting room while walking around Gettysburg and decided to give it a try. The staff were very knowledgeable and the wine was great. Also, the sangria was delicious!

We stopped here after our first day at Gettysburg and ended up enjoying the stop very much! The pours were HUGE ( I think we ended up with almost two full glasses of wine,) and the wines were nice and nicely priced. The women who were working were very nice and they also had a nice selection of other items... More

We followed the signs and found this little gem of a place. A small winery, family owned. They'll take the time to talk to you - make you feel like you're part of the family. share their stories, etc. They also have weekend events (haven't made it there yet) ~ but it is on the list of things to do... We were coming back from lunch and saw a parking space out front of their Gettysburg location. What a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Really enjoyed our time there. Their wine was a little different in some respects, and I mean that in a good way. They varied slightly from the norm with delicious results. I... More

My wife and I noticed a sign for this winery as we were leaving the Apple Blossom Festival in Biglerville and we decided to take a chance on a visit. One great idea that really paid off. We like to visit wineries and have recently visited several in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia. We enjoy tasting the different varieties of wine... More

This was our last stop of the three wineries in the Gettysburg area. The wines are more to the dry side. There was a nice view outdoors. The tasting area left a little to be desired but all the chairs outside were nice with a view of the mountains. Not a bad place to stop and taste but I enjoyed... More

We visited the tasting room in town not expecting much. Boy , were we wrong!! They have a fabulous selection of wines that are organic with no sulfites and little to no added sugar. The staff is welcoming and a lot of fun. Nick and Paul are hysterical- but definitely know their wine and have great recommendations for local eateries.... More

The people are really nice, but the ambiance just isn't there. We were there as part of the Mason-Dixon wine tour. Some of the employees seemed knowledgeable about the wines, but others seemed like they were just there to help out. Don't make this your last stop.
