So much fun

Hike, swim, bike, raft, even slip through a natural rock water slide! I got bruised pretty bad on the slide but I feel like it was worth it!

Beautiful park, so clean and so peaceful. Absolutely breathtaking views. We travel there with our two little girls, unfortunately during all the the viewing, our daughter left her stuffed Nemo there. Besides reading this review, I hope that someone might see this who may have picked up our Nemo! This is a real life finding Nemo here! Please contact me... More

Just wrapping up a cross-country trip & associated reviews. OHIOPYLE STATE PARK, PA was a great spot. Quiet, a great location for visiting Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater, good amenities... but the showers could use some improvement on the 30-lbs-press-for-water button. I'd come back...

There were all kinds of flowers blooming and the local buildings were very colorful. Because it was a weekday, there were very few people there and lots of opportunities for good photos.

We were not planning to stop here during our Laurel Highlands visit. It was really cool seeing the Falls and driving along the river. Next time we would like to rent a bike or kayak, that looked like lots of fun.

Early season at Ohiopyle, the trail is not crowded, the woods are easy to navigate, and its great to see the budding forests.

On April 17-19, 2015 I had a group of 2 adults and 2 teens stay in one of the nice yurts at Ohiopyle. We enjoyed the amenities of the yurt and the campground was pretty quiet and not too populated this time of year. In fact, several roads were closed. We were able to bike and drive around and see... I took my dogs walking on some of the trails in Ferncliff, and also took them down to the river. It was easy to park and access the river and the trail entrances. It is beautiful and scenic. I wasn't shopping or dining, but there were a number of places to do so in the little town, and of course... More

Spring break in Ohiopyle is so peaceful! Hiked all day with 3 kids and they never complained!!! So much to see and there was no crowds around. Actually, there was not hardly a soul to be found on the trails. Great way to spend some quality time with family!
