Decided to check out this casino which was about 30 min from our hotel.I'm not a big gambler so I went in with $50 to spend and came out with $75. Not too bad. Only played slot machines.Compared to other casinos I thought it was a bit small and very smoky.I was surprised by that.Wsant aware public smoking was allowed.It... More

Very disappointed to learn you could smoke in PA! This ruined my experience at the casino. That is all I have to say about this place.

This was a good visit to a casino: machines that DO payoff a little and excellent smoke control throughout. I was amazed that, I could occasionally smell a little smoke (not a big deal with me) but it wasn't overpowering. Kudos to the Casino management for recognizing and beating a sometimes difficult problem. Otherwise, there place is clean and there... More

Dealer took the time to teach me to play blackjack. Very friendly people. Good choice of machines as well.

This place needs ventilation! I have friends who smoke and often play in smoking sections of other casinos and am not bothered by it. However, Mt Airy casino does not handle the smoke well at all. Even my smoking friends complained.

I love going to this casino. The staff is extremely friendly and the casino, rooms and restaurants are all immaculate. When you walk through the front doors you can spell the cleanliness. Love going for the comlimentary overnights, unlike Atlantic City where you have to spend a fortune to get a room. I find the dealers at the tables very... More

Nice clean atmosphere. Much better payouts than AC. We can lose our budget amount in 10 minutes in AC, while we enjoyed several hours of playing here.

I travel to casinos all over the country and this place was very nice located in the beautiful Pocono Mountains. The poker room has about 12 tables and there are plenty of restaurants to satisfy your appetite. I stop here whenever in the area and recommend you make the visit.
