Took the polar bear express train. It is not worth it. Cannot see anything. The park's lights were better than their "north pole". Very disappointed. The old train was neat and nostalgic but the ride was very slow

Very, very, very disappointed in the "Customer Service." In spite of a dangerous snowstorm that turned us back and US Weather Service reports calling for several inches of snow, widespread dangerous travel due to snow covered roads, and reduced visibility below one quarter of a mile" they won't even hear of a refund or raincheck. Classic example of greed! It... More

The experience is just that, riding in an old train. There is not much to see on the ride. But I loved it! Would go back for a special ride.

Very nice 1 hour ride along the Swatara Creek. The Fall foliage trips and Santa Claus trains at Christmas are very nice also.

I decided to do something different and take the kids to something different other than strasburg railroad and ill say it was an ok expierence. We took the ice cream train and it was hardly that. Two cabooses pushed/pulled by a yard switcher. Don't get me wrong the cabooses have a historical meaning and they were pretty cool but we... More

ave gone there for years, first with our kids and now with the grandkids. It is what it is, a very old train line but well worth the time and money to ride it. Visiting, go ride it, no disappointment.

A ride through a mine field to a broken bridge and then backing up back to the station. Way too much money for the ride.

night train without much of a view. Short stop to see lights and a santa hut. Babies got a stuffed bear from Santa, and toddlers up got a book. Very long line to collect tickets.
