Visiting family in the area. Read the reviews online here, and got really confused opinions. In the end, I'd say thumbs up, for what it is. We went on a Thursday in July, clearly a bit of an off day (not crowded). Other posts on the pick-your-own produce were confusing. Here's the scoop: there is a $5/person minimum. You each... More

Linvilla is a very large orchard. They always have special events on the weekends. Some are free and somethings you have to pay extra to do. They have a hay wagon ride for the Easter Land and also one for Halloween in which you will have to pay for. The family can go pick fruit in the orchards and ride... More

We went to Linvilla sunday morning July 5th. wasn't very crowded and there were no events taking place. It is a large place and walked around some. The farmer's market had a nice selection of produce, though our green beans we had for dinner last night were not very good. I guess it would have been more exciting if there... More

I'm a Pennsylvania girl at heart and grew up making multiple outings to a pick-your-own fruit orchard every summer. For me, this activity is a summer staple. I moved to Philadelphia just a year ago and have been to Linvilla a number of times because it is simply a wonderful pick-your-own place! They have many, many different produce to choose... More

We love Linvilla Orchards normally but yesterday wasn't so great. The grill wasn't open and we had arrived at lunchtime. You could only get hot dogs, pizza or stromboli in the bakery (huge selections of pies and cakes and cookies and stuff are the usual in there). We mainly came this trip because of the animals. So we get up... More

Took a group of kids here to venture through the pumpkin patch. They had an amazing time. The children really enjoyed the Hay ride and different farm animals. I've brought them on numerous occasions and each time was a treat. Afterwards I treat them to the many Fruits and special eats that were available. To the children, every time is... More

I love this place. I take my summer camp kids (k-6) every year, sometime twice a year for the pick your own hay ride. They also enjoy the animals and the playground1

Get there early on a summer weekend morning to get parking that isn't so far away. Convenient place to show a toddler ducks, chickens, cows, horse. Take your own snacks and drinks (for humans). Playground has a sign suggesting $1 fee but no one except my daughter slipped it into the box during the hour I watched people go in.... More

This place has been around since I was a kid which was many moons ago...they have many things for kids to do, see the animals, play on their playground and in the fall a pumpkin patch with pumpkins of all sizes and shapes. Their pies are scrumptious, it gets very busy in the fall especially but they have extra parking... More

We loved going to this family farm for at least 5 years, but about 2 years ago, they expanded and became a fraction of what they used to be. Pick Your Own now requires tokens to go into fields, no wagon rides to peaches, and $50 later (spent on peaches and raspberries, I am feeling seriously taken. :(
