Stopped here after lunch since I still had some time to kill and the place is clean, staff is friendly, and it is a neat place to check out. I'm a chocolate girl and must be too accustomed to the taste of Hershey's because I am not over the moon with their flavor but my husband and daughter love what... More

Wonderful chocolate. Prices are a little high and store is very small. Be prepared for large crowds during the main season.

I've been coming here sporadically for 50 years. To call it a factory tour is being generous. It has a few displays and a couple of women making chocolates. If you're coming here to see how chocolate is made, I think you might be disappointed. However, if you want to purchase some very good chocolate at reasonable prices--this reasonable takes... More

This is not a factory tour but a little shop with some history of the factory. They have free samples can I say more. Candy is reasonably priced and mini museum is cute and interesting.

Great place to get your yummy Wilburs chocolate at good prices. Just make sure you go when there isnt anything else going on at the park or it will be crowded.

Buddhachild, thank you for a lovely review; it is most appreciated! We hope you'll visit again soon and often! You are absolutely right--things can get a little harried in here when the park has a large event. Please visit www.lititzpa.com for a complete listing of ALL events here in Lititz. More

Oh my - what a variety of all things chocolate & related items. Excellent exhibit of an old time chocolate factory. The aroma walking up to the building was intoxicating. Wide aisles & items for sale well marked.

It's a chocolate shop, which it's great cause I love chocolate, a little video and a few old fashion chocolate making displays. It was worth the stop and the chocolate is good!

Tasha, thank you for sharing your thoughts about your trip to our store. We have several thousand artifacts on display and hope you got to see each one. The video is quite informative, teaching the entire process of chocolate making all the way from the bean to your tummy. Our staff members are always happy and willing to answer all... More

We drove from Lancaster to Lititz to go on the "tour of the factory". What a disappointment! "Free tour" as they advertise it. In reality, it is a bait to get you to buy their products as there are three rooms, two of them gift shop. As for seeing the factory: They had two ladies dip pretzel in chocolate, something... More

A C, we are very sorry to hear that our facility did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, OSHA forbids touring the actual factory areas. Yes, the second room is set up as a museum area and yes, in the third room you will find our ladies making a very, very wide variety of items, not just pretzels. They are always... More

We always have Wilber buds on hand. Our friends and family expect them as gifts for over 25 years. Worth a stop. Sample the buds
