Last month we visited Merrymead Farm for the first time. We really enjoyed our time there. I love the fact that they have activities for kids like bounce houses and a very nice and long corn maze. The hay ride was nice with beautiful sights. Food was average just hot dogs and burgers. They made their own ice cream. I... More

We have visited Merrymead Farm for many years. The farm market provides fresh produce, milk and baked goods. There are wonderful canned goods, candies, baking products, Talutto's pasta and of course the Merrymead ice cream is a must! Many seasonal activities for the kids. The family and employees are very friendly.

Area is pretty good, our pictures turned out good... customer service could use some improvement. For a business that caters to families, they need to be a little bit more friendly, some are chitchatting among each other while attending to customers and don't bother to make eye contact or provide any information/tips etc. You think a Smile and Hello was... I felt like in recent years they've gone downhill. Good luck actually trying to get close to an animal. I think the lawsuits or problems have made them change everything. You can't even pet a rabbit or feed a goat. For these, try Freddy Hill or the farm in King of Prussia with the water ice place (Pertucci's or something).... More

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! Had Birthday party here and it was incredibly disorganized not to mention we spent around $300 and they provide you with nothing other then a tent. No help setting up or cleaning up and they kicked us out as we were serving cake! When addressed to manager she was incredibly confrontational in front of all the party goers... More

We showed up at 10 minutes to 8 this evening to do the hayride and corn maze. Nowhere was a sign posted with the closing time of a small corn maze. We were two families with many children and told the girl at the ticket counter we wanted to do the hayride and the maze and she sold us number... More

What a wonderful family place! Open to visitors year round, there are 'seasonal' events. The Harvest features the corralled Pumpkin Patch, Hayride, Corn Tunnel for the younger crowd, a 5-acre Corn Maze for the brave souls, farm animals to view, face painting, activities and games for children, and ice cream and snacks. Plan to spend as much time as you... More

Although I am lucky to live within walking distance to Merrymead now , I have been going there for years. It used to be a place that my family and I would go for ice cream which is delicious and a walk through the farm to see the animals and the milking of the cows. Now I mainly go there... More

wow a trip to this part of Montgomery county wouldn't be complete without a summertime stop at Merrymead' farm for Ice cream. They had some sanitary problems back in the 90's with the health department involved but they have bounced back better than ever.

The Harvest Festival is a must for anyone with small children. So much for the kids to see and do and the hayride is such a fun family activity!
