We have an annual membership but I'm starting to become very disappointed with the location. The staff doesn't seem to care very much about upkeep and the displays are now missing many pieces and not kept up with very well.

I have been here with my two kids for school field trips. It's a fun place but it is expensive and the staff do not have a good policy for special needs children (last time we went, they charged for TSS).

It's my opinion that everything that is at this place to be used for teaching can be taught at home. The manipulatives, creative dress-up, grocery shopping, and mechanical learning can be taught at home using cheap tools. You pay to get in for two hours, but young children (the age this is geared too) become easily bored. In addition, the... More

This is a great hands on place for small children, they can just put there hands all over everything, there is so much to do and see and especially free, you can't go wrong bringing your children here on a rainy summer day or anytime you feel the need to just let them have a good time

We took our grandson to see Thomas the train & it was a very rainy day. We wanted something to do with him after Thomas that was in doors due to the weather. We got there around 3:30 & we were charged full price then told they would be closing in about an hour. That was a bit of a... More

HOH Museum provides an opportunity for my younger grandchildren to use their imaginations in a variety of areas inside the museum. From face painting, playing dress-up, grocery shopping, and build a machine part they are kept busy exploring and playing. Outdoor summer activities are plentiful in Mason's Garden with musical instruments, gardens, and space to run and play.

I visited the Hands-on House with my 3 1/2 y.o. yesterday and he had a great time! He has some medical issues and can't be outside too long when it's hot, so I was looking for an alternative for him. We started outside at the Pop-In activity, held between 2-4 pm each day for the summer, then walked around the... More

We have a 3and 7 yearold. It was such a delightful, colorful place. There was a grocery store, farm, car area, do your own face painting, animal sound wall, corn area, little car with videos of farm equipment, mail room and mailboxes throughout, assembly station, pretend dress up and do your own plays, and lovely outdoor stuff--unique slide and climb...
