My wife and I loved that we could ski during the day at Jack Frost then switch for eveing night skiing at Big Boulder. We were there during the week so the slopes were not full. Never waited in line for the lift. I did some Boarding too and loved it. The staff and instructors are very nice!

Bad day....freezing rain......But, still had a ball!....Lines were very small...kept going on and on... If the day was nicer, the lines would've been longer.....Fun times taking the Gkids on the Tubes!! :) Prices for tubing...not too shabby @ $10/hr. (3hrs. = $30)...Def. worth it!..... Coming back....soon! :)

We learned to snowboard here, so we are quite fond of this place. It is run very well and everyone is nice. Fun community! Conditions can get a bit sketchy without snow, and be forwarned that no fresh snow and just man made snow equals ICE. And ice means you fall...a lot if you're not experienced. Other than that we... We went to Big Boulder at night ... skiing was okay, but tubing with young children was probably one of the worst experiences of my life. We got to the top and the only way down was to go down the hill at 80 mph on the tube with a wee one along, no helmet, and no real way to... More

We took our 10 year old grandson to the snow tubing side of Big Boulder ski mountain, and our review is limited to that activity. We visited on the Monday between Christmas and New Year's. The cost of admission varies between a Sunday night special of $18 and a full day pass of $47. We had to pay $27 per... More

Big Boulder looks more like an extreme ski park. If you are a snow boarder or a skier who wants to do a bunch of tricks then this place is for you. My husband and I and our oldest daughter are intermediate skiers and our 12 year old was skiing for the first time. There were only 2 trails for... More

So Big Boulder is not the biggest in the Poconos. Heck it's not even as big as it's sister mountain (Jack Frost) but is does a lot with what it has. It has the best terrain parks in the area, a great tubing hill, night skiing, and usually smaller crowds than Camelback, Blue, Bear Creek, or Jack Frost. For those... More

This is a really nice place to visit for the summer. The lake on the resort was really nice and clean. They have a big trampoline on the lake itself where you are able to swim. They have beach chairs for you on first come first serve basis. They also have kayaks, paddle boards, pontoon boats and small motor boats... More
