We didth twilight special which was plenty of time I took two 13 yr olds one that has been to Atlantis so she knows excellent waterparks. She had fun on the waterslides, wave runner and pool. I do agree the park is more suited for younger children. Thy strickly inforced adults only in The hot tub which was really nice.... More

The indoor water park was ok but the hotel changed the opening times. We had reservations for Sunday, Monday night but they closed on Monday. Had to rush to get to the park. They lost my water park reservations but did comp us for the bowling ally and the movie. Both of which were fair. Had to pay a toll... More

All was great. Warm air, warm water, not over crowded. My daughter had a blast. I made a very thorough review for Split Rock Resort.

Very small park, but fun.....nice hot tub for adults! It was January & weather was FREEZING, so was nice to lay in lounge chair & pretend I was somewhere warm---actually napped! On the expensive side, but a nice treat given the time of year.

As written in my split rock resort review, the water park is terrible. The rides are basic, the place is packed since they let not only hotel guests by tickets but also the general public. The changing rooms were disqusting, not even sure how they meet the health code.

We did not stay here, but we were in the area during presidents week and due to the extreme cold decided to try this as opposed to braving the slopes. We are a family of 5, kids ages 9-14, who visited with another family of 5, kids ages 5-10. Tips: Arrive early, about 15-20 minutes before it opens. We arrived... More

My family and I came here for a nice, warm, weekend getaway from the winter cold and onslaught of snow. Sadly, this place sucks! The air may be 82°, but the water is FREEZING. We had to keep taking our 6 yr old out of the water every 20 minutes so that he could warm up and his lips could... More

I took my Brownie Troop and parents to Split Rock Lodge a couple years ago for an end of year overnight trip. We had a great experience! The lodge is a bit dated; it was like walking into Hot Tub Time Machine. Lol. But everything was clean and well maintained. The rooms were awesome! They were 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom,... More

The indoor waterpark was convenient because we stayed at the hotel and it was 3 degrees outside - too cold for skiing. The park is small but manageable especially with young kids. The water was cold. The food is OK. The rides are enough for a few hours not a full day. Buy your tickets ahead of time online because... More

We visited the water park on 2-21-15. Lines to get into the park need to be better thought out. The water park its self is small but the cost makes up for it. However during our visit, the park was COLD!! the air temp was 68!! We were told several stories as to why it was so cold. The fire... More
